    Positive: I have been using Ooma office for a long time. I was wanting to save more money and went to Nextiva. Couldn't get their system to work and more time on the phone and still not working. Came back to Ooma and it was easy to come back. The service is great, and the phone system works period. I will proudly say that its one of the better VOIP business phone systems out there.     After many duds, I finally found the best VoIP

    Summary: I have used several VoIP systems in the past, but was never satisfied with them. Either they were too expensive, and getting more expensive every month, or they did not offer enough features. I even had one that the quality was so bad I didn't even keep the service for a month. Ooma hits all the features I want and need, it is affordable, super easy to set up, and if you do need customer service (hardly ever) they are very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall it is a fantastic value for any small business.

    Positive: Ease of use, it takes minutes to set up.
    Level of customization.
    Affordable, Ooma office is one of the most affordable options especially when you factor in the level of features and price.
    Customer service has always been helpful and knowledgeable, but I've hardly ever had to use them because it is such an easy system.

    Negative: There are a couple features like voice recording that you need to purchase the higher package to get.

    Summary: We've got everything working the way we want and once it was set up, we never had problems and could go in and make minor changes without taking up a tech's time. GREAT service! I don't know why more people don't subscribe.

    Positive: Our Internet provider was charging us $225/month plus a $50 lease fee on 4 handsets and a separate fax line for VOIP service. That $225 was above our internet fee of $227/month! We were paying over $600/month! The savings we made by purchasing OOMA handsets paid for itself and would cover replacement without paying a lease fee.

    Negative: We had some difficulties getting everything set up but the OOMA tech was very helpful and patient which made our setup go more smoothly. If the internet goes down, so does our phone but the same was also true of our internet provider.

    Summary: Ooma is an easy to use system that can function for all types of small businesses. It is easy to set up and manage. I have found that it serves my small business well.

    Positive: Ooma makes it easy for me to manage calls and respond to the ones that are most important. The automated assistant has significantly decreased the number of spam calls I receive. Callers are able to redirect to the proper line and person so their needs can be met. I am much less stressed about answering every call and less concerned about robo-dialers.

    Negative: The price is a bit high for the way in which I use the service. I wish they had a way for me to directly record onto the system rather than uploading my recording.

    Ooma is BETTER than a Leading Competitor

    Summary: My company used another leading VOIP service for over a decade. During that time they never bothered to update their services while increasing their costs every single year! Ooma offers many more features than the older company at a fraction of the cost! I highly recommend them.

    Positive: Ooma is very easy to use and comes packed with features needed to run my small business on a day to day basis! Our company has used Ooma for the past ear and we are very satisfied with their service!

    Negative: Nothing to dislike! The slight con I have is I think the Desktop Windows app could be tweaked a little bit to match what you can do when you log into Ooma online. But that is really a very minor inconvenience. We've been very happy with the service and the customer support.
