Summary: Great experience and lots of features for the price, I would recommend this product to any business.

Positive: Auto-Attendant, Able to change greeting anytime, Set hours of operation and vacation days, Email your voicemail messages, Answers calls from the app.

Negative: Would like to be able to record messages with the basic service.

Summary: As a small business looking for phone system that would not break the bank this was the ticket. Installation was a snap. The app ports my calls to my cell phone so I never miss an opportunity to engage with my customers.

Positive: Ease of use, Price, Customer Service, App for my Cell phone allowing calls to reach me at any time.

Negative: Extra Marketing Ads for add on features. I inquired about one of these ads and was told that as an existing customer I didn't qualify.

Summary: What I like is that I can get and receive my message easily, this is the most upgrading I've had to phone services as well as business in a good while. I love the Ooma experience. Make sure you get it now, and just to make it awesome they had the phones buy one get one, great.

Positive: Services, prices, great communications, great customer services, just all around excellent and guarantees.

Negative: I couldn't think of anything I didn't like about Ooma, everything was great.

Summary: Keep up the good work and good service. If you make any changes, keep it as good or better than what you have now. Thank you for what you have done.

Positive: I have been using Ooma office for a long time. I was wanting to save more money and went to Nextiva. Couldn't get their system to work and more time on the phone and still not working. Came back to Ooma and it was easy to come back. The service is great, and the phone system works period. I will proudly say that its one of the better VOIP business phone systems out there. Looking forward to yrs of service with them.

Negative: I cant say that i have any cons really. It has been better than what i thought.

Summary: Great office phone service, with fast and easy support and great pricing. When comparing to Ring Central, the customer service and sales experience helped blow out the competition.

Summary: Best VoIP service out there when you look at the price and service you get its hard to match makes things easy and portable for our work from home employees and the availability and flexibility is unmatched.

Positive: Great ease of use.
Technology works and is easy to use.
Ooma customer service is great always helpful and available to assist with any issues.
Ooma's ability to help with our ability to work remotely has been a huge help for us.

Negative: Price might be high at times. On occasion the connectivity of the system can be an issue but Ooma's customer service team is always there to help!

Summary: I have used several VoIP systems in the past, but was never satisfied with them. Either they were too expensive, and getting more expensive every month, or they did not offer enough features. I even had one that the quality was so bad I didn't even keep the service for a month. Ooma hits all the features I want and need, it is affordable, super easy to set up, and if you do need customer service (hardly ever) they are very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall it is a fantastic value for any small business.

Affordable, Ooma office is one of the most affordable options especially when you factor in the level of features and price.
Customer service has always been helpful and knowledgeable, but I've hardly ever had to use them because it is such an easy system.

Negative: There are a couple features like voice recording that you need to purchase the higher package to get.

Summary: We've got everything working the way we want and once it was set up, we never had problems and could go in and make minor changes without taking up a tech's time. GREAT service! I don't know why more people don't subscribe.

Positive: Our Internet provider was charging us $225/month plus a $50 lease fee on 4 handsets and a separate fax line for VOIP service. That $225 was above our internet fee of $227/month! We were paying over $600/month! The savings we made by purchasing OOMA handsets paid for itself and would cover replacement without paying a lease fee.

Negative: We had some difficulties getting everything set up but the OOMA tech was very helpful and patient which made our setup go more smoothly. If the internet goes down, so does our phone but the same was also true of our internet provider.

Summary: I really enjoy using Ooma VOIP, works great, sounds clear and the mobile app works really well and the ability to link it to your cell phone.

Positive: Ability to received calls on the mobile app and the ability to attach files through text messaging!

Negative: The ability to blocking spam callers and screening spam calls!

Summary: Ooma is an easy to use system that can function for all types of small businesses. It is easy to set up and manage. I have found that it serves my small business well.

Positive: Ooma makes it easy for me to manage calls and respond to the ones that are most important. The automated assistant has significantly decreased the number of spam calls I receive. Callers are able to redirect to the proper line and person so their needs can be met. I am much less stressed about answering every call and less concerned about robo-dialers.

Negative: The price is a bit high for the way in which I use the service. I wish they had a way for me to directly record onto the system rather than uploading my recording.

Summary: Using my cell phone to answer my office phone line has been a life saver. So many fewer voice mails left on my office number because I can answer my office phone line with I am on the go and out of the office.

Positive: Use Ooma call forwarding to forward your office phone line to your cell phone. You can be on the go and have your office phone with you at all times.

Negative: I have and continue to enjoy all aspects of my Ooma Phone Service.

Summary: I use Ooma for business and have configured it so that NO spam callers get through. Only clients.

Positive: Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to afford. Acts as my virtual assistant and spam call screener. An invaluable tool for me.

Negative: Sometimes my settings seem to migrate without me doing anything. Currently, my calls seem to go directly to voicemail. For my business model it's actually fine; if it was critical to my business, I would quickly fix my settings. But for now, it's just fine.

Summary: My company used another leading VOIP service for over a decade. During that time they never bothered to update their services while increasing their costs every single year! Ooma offers many more features than the older company at a fraction of the cost! I highly recommend them.

Positive: Ooma is very easy to use and comes packed with features needed to run my small business on a day to day basis! Our company has used Ooma for the past ear and we are very satisfied with their service!

Negative: Nothing to dislike! The slight con I have is I think the Desktop Windows app could be tweaked a little bit to match what you can do when you log into Ooma online. But that is really a very minor inconvenience. We've been very happy with the service and the customer support.

Summary: Dependable, simple to use, versatile. I really love the phone app AND the desktop app. Makes it very easy to text from your desktop computer!

Negative: If your internet is down, the system is down. Have to purchase additional hardware WITH a subscription fee in order to be up at all times.

Summary: Ooma business has paid back many times over in the last 2 and 1/2 years. Quality is excellent and the mobile app lets me be in the office anywhere. The audio quality is outstanding and the virtual assistant thwarts most robo-calls. Ooma has save me big $ over my old Verizon business line.

Positive: Easy Setup.

Price is less than 1/3 Verizon.

Negative: SPAM Call Filter Only on Pro Subscription.
