Summary: Ooma is an easy company to work with with a strong local team and a strong solution behind them. Great easy VoIP services.

Positive: Ooma Office is very easy to setup and to use daily. Flexibility to control call flow, device assignment, etc.

Negative: I have nothing bad to say about this product- for the small to medium business space it's great.

Summary: Great it’s perfect for small companies and upcoming businesses that want to save time and money on services.

Positive: What I like about this phone company is it really do fit my business and when I’m not available they also offer a virtual assistance which is good it saves time and money and you still can get the messages and or sell leads in order to keep your business growing

Negative: I just had my phone broken because I work from home by my dog and I had to buy a new one they did not offer a deal or anything for me to be a customer which I feel they should start thinking about offering discounts for replacements of phones that are either broken lost or damaged.

Summary: Overall, Ooma helps in organizing complex communication issues with streamlined and effective set of features.

Positive: - Ooma Office helps tremendously in blocking spam and robotic calls.
- There is a text messaging feature for quick communication with clients.
- The whole interface is organized to save the time of the user.

Negative: - I have been using Ooma Office from past one year and still hasn't found any con.

Summary: Went through AT&T, then Spectrum, then another VOIP company. OOMA finally provides me with a system that works completely. By being cloud based, if we lose the internet during a storm, our cell phones receive calls.

Positive: Service provides me total control over menus.
Allow me to create unlimited call groups.
Creation of multiple virtual assistants.
Allowed to add user's cell phone to call menus and either call consecutively or simultaneously.
Easy to port my old numbers.
Only 19.95 per user.

Negative: Haven't found any yet.
I can't complain about pricing, because it's the least expensive of options that work .

Summary: If you want a low-cost, no frills VoIP, I can't think of many better options on the market. It does exactly what is needed, doesn't make things difficult, and delivers the necessities. If you want to grow options, might be best to shop further.

Positive: Incredibly simple and basic VoIP, which is perfect for our operation. We have low tech literacy on my staff and the ability to no-frills direct people how to use it has been amazing.

Negative: The lack of bells and whistles can be distracting for those with tech experience. It is best for small organizations.

Summary: Ooma Office is a great phone solution for our small business. Not only is it cost effective, it comes with many valuable features that you see in higher end, expensive and complicated VOIP systems. Anyone can easily integrate into their business. We use it to manage our calls and forward to our field service techs.

Summary: Overall I am satisfied and hope to upgrade when our small business grows. We use three boxes. Would like to have more cordless options in future.

Positive: You only need to have internet and all things are set automatically with no hassle. The app helps to make calls from your personal cell phone also. Customizable receptionist voice is another good thing.

Negative: Strong internet necessary. The adapters are larger to carry. Would like to have small size usb adapters.

Summary: I was looking for a phone service that could record calls and Ooma was one of the contenders. I was most impressed with Ooma's customer service; before and after the sale. Often times when you call a business these days, the person you speak to has no idea of what is going on and never gets back to you. Everyone I spoke to at Ooma knows everything about their products and were all very willing to take their time to make sure that I had all my questions answered and handled.
I purchased Ooma Office Pro. Their phone products that we purchased are first class with crystal clear sound and there are also lots of features. We love our call recording and on hold music.
I like their service so much, I am changing over my landline service at my home.

Negative: I have had Ooma Office Pro for 2 months and have not found any cons yet.

Summary: I recommend Ooma to all my friends who own their own businesses. I explain the cost savings, ease of use and customer service.

Positive: I decided to switch from Comcast to Ooma in October 2020. The best decision I have made in years. Service is excellent. Customer service is a pleasure to contact. Typically, only takes 1 - 2 minutes to speak with a live person, who has answers. Cost comparison can not be matched.

Negative: None to date. In the beginning, October 2020, I was calls customer service almost daily to get the system set up to my needs. Always had polite and resourceful.

Summary: We have been with Ooma for years. Provided the service we have need for a small business. We have moved offices - so easy to take with you.

Positive: Easy access! Able to add quickly new lines or remove. Easy set up for voice mail and connectivity.

Negative: Wish cost was a tier group since we are a small business.

Summary: The experience has been top notch! Wonderful customer service, timely set up and easy to use technology!

Positive: Monthly price, new age fax, personal receptionist, superior customer service, and top notch equipment.

Negative: Being in a rural area, our internet can be faulty at times and if that happens, our phones are down as well.

Summary: Overall excellent and value for money. Had a few issues with the hardware but was always taken care of eventually.

Positive: Quick support, easy functionality. Tons of options. I like that they add features to the current functions. Pretty intuitive and easy to manage.

Negative: Hardware is limited in options I feel. Sometimes support keeps asking the same questions.

Summary: We have been very happy with our Ooma Office. We have 4 lines in our office. We are able to direct customers to the correct person right away with virtual receptionist and no one gets transferred around looking for the right person.

Positive: I really love the virtual receptionist option. None of our employees like the sound of their recorded voice, so no one wanted to record our outgoing message. Being able to type it up with virtual receptionist and have the calls directed to each department has been a great benefit.

Negative: The voice is a little too mechanical and maybe a little impersonal.

Summary: The team is very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. They are really set up to keep small businesses running.

Positive: My favorite thing is the price tag. I did a lot of research before settling on Ooma. They give me a lot bang for the buck. I get tons of features without breaking the bank.

Negative: None I can think of at the moment. Honestly, since I researched them extensively along with other competitors, I knew exactly what I was getting.

Summary: My experience has been so fantastic. I had a landline with Spectrum which I liked. But Ooma offers so much more for so much less.

-33% Discount on equipment. When I got started with Ooma, a woman offered me 1/3 off the phone I wanted. And we completed the deal over email

Negative: -nice to have more phones to choose from. Don’t get me wrong, I bought the top model phone. But I would love to have had a deeper catalog of desk phones and their accessories.
-the only other con I can consider is that Ooma doesn’t offer products in other telecom fields like cell phones, laptops, etc. I know Ooma would do great!
