    Summary: Went through AT&T, then Spectrum, then another VOIP company. OOMA finally provides me with a system that works completely. By being cloud based, if we lose the internet during a storm, our cell phones receive calls.

    Positive: Service provides me total control over menus.
    Allow me to create unlimited call groups.
    Creation of multiple virtual assistants.
    Allowed to add user's cell phone to call menus and either call consecutively or simultaneously.
    Easy to port my old numbers.
    Only 19.95 per user.

    Negative: Haven't found any yet.

    Summary: If you want a low-cost, no frills VoIP, I can't think of many better options on the market. It does exactly what is needed, doesn't make things difficult, and delivers the necessities. If you want to grow options, might be best to shop further.

    Positive: Incredibly simple and basic VoIP, which is perfect for our operation. We have low tech literacy on my staff and the ability to no-frills direct people how to use it has been amazing.

    Summary: I was looking for a phone service that could record calls and Ooma was one of the contenders. I was most impressed with Ooma's customer service; before and after the sale. Often times when you call a business these days, the person you speak to has no idea of what is going on and never gets back to you. Everyone I spoke to at Ooma knows everything about their products and were all very willing to take their time to make sure that I had all my questions answered and handled.
    I purchased Ooma Office Pro. Their phone products that we purchased are first class with crystal clear sound and there are also lots of features. We love our call recording and on hold music.
    I like their service so much, I am changing over my landline service at my home.

    Lots of features. Some our standard but they offer more also.

    Summary: I recommend Ooma to all my friends who own their own businesses. I explain the cost savings, ease of use and customer service.

    Positive: I decided to switch from Comcast to Ooma in October 2020. The best decision I have made in years. Service is excellent. Customer service is a pleasure to contact. Typically, only takes 1 - 2 minutes to speak with a live person, who has answers. Cost comparison can not be matched.

    Love Virtual Receptionist

    Summary: We have been very happy with our Ooma Office. We have 4 lines in our office. We are able to direct customers to the correct person right away with virtual receptionist and no one gets transferred around looking for the right person.

    Positive: I really love the virtual receptionist option. None of our employees like the sound of their recorded voice, so no one wanted to record our outgoing message. Being able to type it up with virtual receptionist and have the calls directed to each department has been a great benefit.

    Ooma Office - only regret is that I didn't discover it sooner

    Summary: My experience has been so fantastic. I had a landline with Spectrum which I liked. But Ooma offers so much more for so much less.

    Positive: -record calls (if both parties approve)
    -HD (and the quality is noticeable)
    -private virtual office for video calls or conference calls
    -33% Discount on equipment. When I got started with Ooma, a woman offered me 1/3 off the phone I wanted. And we completed the deal over email
    -mp3s as hold music
    -virtual assistant

    Negative: -nice to have more phones to choose from. Don’t get me wrong, I bought the top model phone. But I would love to have had a deeper catalog of desk phones and their accessories.
    -the only other con I can consider is that Ooma doesn’t offer products in other telecom fields like cell phones, laptops, etc. I know Ooma would do great!
