Positive: Absolutely the best pricing, and customer service in this industry! The ease of the product is great and just overall thrilled with Ooma.

Negative: That I didn't find them sooner!

Summary: Since we started using Ooma Office, the features have helped both us and our customers have better experiences. We love the ability to set a schedules and block spam.

Positive: Lots of pros: great price for the features, great support when needed, and the setup was really easy.

Negative: No real cons that are on their end so far. We were unable to port our number, but that wasn't a deal stopper.

Summary: Don't really have too many problems with them, they have quality service and great customer service representatives.

Positive: The system is great as even if you are out of the office you never miss a call because they come on your cell. Customer service always strives to resolve any issues you are having on that rare occasion you have to contact them.

Negative: Sometimes if you are out you don't get same quality of call as on the office phone.

Summary: Ooma Office is an award-winning and cost-effective VoIP solution for small and medium-sized enterprises. Ooma gives you the freedom to work from anywhere and advance collaboration with video meetings, desktop, and mobile apps at a cheap cost with no contracts.

Positive: Small offices, home offices, and small businesses will benefit from this. Great value, crystal clear calls, and a high level of dependability.

Negative: The call quality is occasionally poor or they are just unable to connect, and they appear to have a lot of outages.

Summary: My personal overall experience with Ooma has been wonderful. From their many great and time saving features I use daily, to the quick response from their customer service and technicians if something goes wrong. This is definitely one service you have to try if you feel that your lacking some sort of management service for your phones.

Positive: I've been working in property management for several years, and just recently switching over to Ooma services has been such a breath of fresh air. Not only does Ooma keep a detailed call log of every phone interaction for you, but they also provide other great services like saving voicemails and organizing them into easy accessible emails.

Negative: Every service can always use some tweaking and improvements. With that said I feel that the Ooma website/hub where you access all your information needs a more modern look/easier navigation to their services.

Summary: Would like give them 5 stars all the time . I have use the system 2 years ago. They have service 24/7 and everyone is professional.

Positive: I love to use the office phone to text to customers. You never miss your customers. You don't have to have another cell phone.

Negative: I don't think anything I don't like since I use the system 2 years ago.

Summary: We prefer Ooma over our previous provider in every way. The app is amazing, everything is under our complete control at all times, the text to speech feature in the setup is awesome! Everything is so easy to use that we actually use all the features that are available to us! With our previous provider it was hard to even figure out how to use any special feature so we just never did. We're finally getting what we pay for. And it ups our professionalism exponentially!! Even our clients are pleased with the new phone system and how easy it is to get to the party they are looking for. Excellent experience all around.

Positive: The most amazing customer service I have encountered ANYWHERE! I didn't have to wait more than a minute to get help on anything, and that was through email! Phone is even faster! They are so incredibly attentive and easy to work with, they made us feel like we were the only client they have! Shout out to Maria S. at Ooma!! You are AWESOME!
My favorite feature is the transcribed voicemails. I no longer have to listen to the message several times just to get a call back number or some other information as it's written right there in the transcript for me!

Negative: I have no complaints! Honestly, the customer service alone was enough to make us switch from our previous provider. The user interface is far more user-friendly and we had no trouble figuring out how to set everything up the way we wanted. The only feature I would like to see added is sending faxes to more than one email address, which I hear is in the works. Everything else is great!

Summary: We have had a great over experience with assignment of numbers & the app is really convenient. You can also forward your number to other lines.

Positive: I like how professional these phones are & look they make running our business easy. You can transfer calls between lines, place on hold, & more You can download the app & still use your lone when you're out of the office.

Negative: I really haven't dealt with any other than the lower budget phone cords may need replaced.

Summary: I'm pleased with the service, pricing, and the quality. And as the business grows I will add more phones.

Positive: I was looking for a phone service for the business and called Ooma Office. The customer service was phenomenal, they answered my questions, provided me with the plan in which I was requesting.
Upon receiving the phone I must say, "I'm well pleased!" I would recommend Ooma Office to any business company.

Negative: I really do not have any cons to reveal. My phone was delivered within the allotted time.

Summary: Overall, I am very happy with Ooma and have recommended them to three others so far. I know that one of them cut his old bill in half. and he called to thank me for recommending Ooma to him.

Positive: I got an offer from Ooma and the price was lower than the company I was using, so I called to see if they would match the price. They would not, so I gave Ooma a 30 day trial. It worked great, so I switched to Ooma about 3 months ago and I am totally happy with the product. Ooma gives me more options and they include faxes where the old company did not and now I can have voice and fax for less money than I was getting just voice before.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was that I could only have incoming fax notifications sent to one email. I mentioned that to a rep and was told they are working on allowing more than one email.

Summary: Very satisfied. Highly recommend to others especially the small businesses.

Positive: Easy to use, great customer service, going really well as far.

Negative: No cons as yet, no, do not have any problem at this point.

Summary: Overall, I find Ooma Office to be a fantastic solution for anyone who wants to have the most professional image possible, and yet without the pain of having to go through a traditional landline service provider.

Positive: Their desk phones, particularly the DP1, which is wireless, are especially useful for flexibility. You literally just plug it in, and as long as it's near your main connection box, it works beautifully with quality, uninterrupted, and clear sound. Their desktop app is quite robust, and has text messaging and fax features enabled, which is great. I don't use this feature, but some would benefit from having a toll-free number which is provided at no cost. I might have more of a need for this as I expand. Finally, I love the ability to record a greeting with a set of menu options at the beginning. Just awesome all around!

Negative: The only con is in regards to their online support. Whenever I had to use it in the beginning, and once or twice for billing, they really just refer you to call instead. That seems to defeat the purpose of the convenience from a chat feature, which I really need since I can't dedicate a lot of time tied up on the phone when I have clients in and out of my office all day.

Summary: Support is great. Wait time is usually less than a minute or two. Very easy to manage once you use it several times.

Positive: Completely in the cloud solution and easy to install. Perfect solution for a small to medium business. OOMA is very cost effective and costs up to 50% less than traditional VOIP solutions.

Negative: It has a lot of great features which exceed the needs of most. There are some advanced features that more expensive systems have that are missing.

Summary: My overall experience has been great, I really am satisfied, and impress with this service, this have really helped me out on my very busy days, and meeting days.

Positive: I am able to forward my busy cell phone calls to Ooma office and it answers for me and prompt the caller to leave a message, my personal secretary.

Negative: I only have one phone, so I had to purchase a second one, wireless.

Summary: One of the best phone systems we have purchased. Even though some of our employees is having a hard time getting used to it. LOL

Positive: I love that the main phone has a nice screen and touch buttons. I love that I can have the phones on and ring to my cell phone at the same time.
Customer service is pretty amazing, most of the time.

Negative: I don't like that when I park a call it gets stuck or drops.
