Summary: Ooma is much better than Vonage. I was with Vonage for around 20 years and I could never get any support.

Positive: Customer service is awesome.
I love how I can answer phone calls from the Ooma app.
Customization is very easy.

Negative: My name on caller id doesn't show as my company name, it shows as something different.

Summary: Overall fantastic product I would highly recommend. I've used it for two years and its great call quality and phones that are simply plug and play.

Positive: Ooma provides a very cost effective, customizable solution that is easy to understand. Call quality is excellent and customer service very responsive. It has been a great addition to my business process

Negative: The computer interface does not have the capabilities of the Ooma phone app.

Summary: Overall positive experience. I am looking forward to using other Ooma services in the future. I have no major complaints at this time.

I like that when I answer a call through the app, I have to accept the call instead of it automatically connecting the call.

Negative: Occasionally, I receive my text messages late, but its very infrequent.

Summary: Love it, saved me missed opportunity costs. I originally started with a traditional landline for my business and calls were being blocked when I would route my phone at the times I couldn’t be in the office. OOMA made it very convenient to take calls everywhere.

Positive: I love that OOMA office can be accessed from any smart device as well as connected the landline phones i already had. I went from missing clients calls to answering from wherever I am!

Negative: Fax machine can be a little more user friendly. Should allow you to save numbers and add multiple attachments.

Summary: Great customer service; ease of desktop and mobile app; the website is easy to understand and set up. LOVE the fax option!

Positive: The ease of setting up my own system and also having it mobile! I can change settings and recording at the drop of a hat.

Negative: More options to transfer lines would be beneficial but not a deal breaker.

Summary: We are very impressed with our Ooma Office it has saved us time and money over the last couple of years.

Positive: I like the versatility and flexibility that Ooma Office provides and it could have come at a better time. I had contracted COVID-19 and I was able to work from home just as if I was at my desk. I am able to track the calls that come in and my outgoing calls.

Negative: Now that I have the service I wish I would have purchased a phone that has a wireless headset.

Summary: I have been using Ooma Office for over 10 years and glad to see how it has evolved. Excellent customer support!

Positive: It allowed my staff to work from home and to receive calls with their cellphones or home phones.
They can dial out with my office phone number showing as the caller ID. No one knows that they work from home!

Negative: Like any VoIP, Ooma Office will not work if your internet is down. However, if you have it set up to receive calls to your cellphones, you can receive calls still. You can still dial out using the phone app.

Summary: We switched to Ooma Office approximately 6 months ago and wow, what a phone system! During the pandemic, we were forced to work from home for extended periods of time, however, with Ooma, we had 100% access to our office phone system through our cell phones and iPads. Ooma Office made navigating the pandemic and working from home very manageable.

Summary: Ooma had us ready when the pandemic hit. We never missed a beat and their customer service is top-notch!

Positive: We had Ooma up and running within a few minutes with all numbers ported and our virtual assistant taking calls for us!

Negative: Ooma needs a way to video conference. This feature will be the cherry on the top!

Summary: Excellent seamless experience, never had an outage in years! The cost is minimal, the phone sound quality is way better than traditional phone systems and louder too.

Positive: Ease of installation and portability through my cell phone, easy to check voicemails and the fax feature is quite nice as well!

Negative: It was such a departure from old school phone system it took a little mental recalibration on my part.

Summary: I couldn't live without it! I love being able to work from home and not miss one phone call. I'm able to be with my kids.

Negative: Some glitches but overall I haven't found anything I don't like. I would recommend this to anyone. I always receive my calls through my cell phone and it works great.

Negative: Sometimes as with any there are some instances when software needs to reset or update.

Positive: Before starting with Ooma Office we were basically facing highway Robert. We were being charged for options we didn’t need, and missing the features we wanted. Nothing was easy, and we spent hours on the phone. Ooma office changed all of that! They are reliable, quick to setup, and full of savings! I recommend Ooma Office 100%. We went to Ooma Office based on a referral from one of their competitors! The competitor said, we don’t have what you need, call Ooma Office they’ll be cheaper, and have all of the options!

Negative: Since it is VoIP, on occasion you lose signal. We don’t pay for the hotspot so when things go down we just have all calls forwarded to the owners phone. Not a big deal, but sometimes hard.

Summary: Overall, Ooma office is a great product. The pricing is right, the features are great, and the software is adaptable and easy to use.

Positive: Cost effective, easy to manage, and the portal to edit the information online gives you a lot of options for customization.

Negative: I don't like that in order to permanently delete the phone number off the account, I have to call customer service.

Summary: We can rate the overall experience as 100/100. It is the best telecommunication service providing all the services for cheap prices.
