Summary: It's an okay phone system. As stated above it needs to be able to handle more than two pages to be faxed at a time.
Positive: Love the phone supplied and the multi-lines coming in. We went from two lines to six and love it. OOMA is easy to work with when you have an issue.
Negative: I would like to be able to scan and fax a bigger file than two pages. Currently, you can only scan and fax two pages at a time or it states the file is two big. Very inconvenient!!

Summary: Generally satisfied. I am able to make calls and receive messages. I use the system daily.
Positive: I like the easy installation. I installed two work stations. My assistants found it very easy to use.
Negative: Learning the system has been a challenge for me. My phone does not ring at my desk.

Summary: Overall, Ooma has a good system that's easy to use, both on a laptop and on the app. The actual phones could be improved, but the pricing is perfect for small businesses looking for flexibility.
Positive: The system is really easy to set up and use. Our team can easily check call logs and block spam/ robo calls with one click. Personally, I love this as it cleans up our incoming calls without wasting employee time or blocking the phone lines. The call mapping schedule has a simple format and it's easy to change. Ooma customer service is quite good.
Negative: The Ooma phones are not great. They are often "searching for base", rebooting or dropping calls. Once this happens, it usually takes a few minutes to get them up again. In the business world, this is precious time, but we use the call forwarding option that lets the call ring through if the phone first in line is offline or busy on another call.

Summary: We have moved more than a few times while using Ooma and it works without much hassle. The phone works as long you have reasonable internet connection. We also increased staffing over the years and adding lines are simple. It has many features that makes our office appears bigger and more professional. It's not the least expensive solution but reliable.
Positive: Easy to set up. Relatively inexpensive. Scalable, function rich, and flexible. Good sound quality. Good support.
Negative: Too much equipment and can get pricey with many users. Unknown security.

Summary: It works with our small office and our non Ooma phones, I cant figure how to use the call waiting feature so we can use all four lines (we bought 2 lines). Overall the web interface is the real winner.
Positive: User friendly web interface,
easy to understand billing,
control over features and extensions,
virtual fax,
fast higher tier customer support.Negative: When needing an update: reboot is required.

Summary: In overall we are having a good experience with this company and our customers are satisfied so we are happy with this new phone system.
Positive: The Ooma service is nice and pretty much organized. We are able to keep on track the amounts if calls we get and customers are satisfied with this new system we have in our company.
No more statics calls or suddenly cuts.Negative: It is kind of complicated to transfer calls from one equipment to other.

Summary: Basically, this phone system is easier than the traditional systems I have used in the past, and I have to mention that their customer support is amazing. I am rarely on hold when I have to call, and I've always been assisted in a timely and effective manner.
Positive: I love the virtual fax feature, the easy-to-use dashboard, the programmable buttons and the email voicemails.
Negative: When another call comes in while you are on the phone, there is a beep that sounds in your ear.

Summary: Overall, Ooma is worth the money saved from switching from another landline company. It allows us to seamlessly work from home the our cell app. The admin features are great online and it's easy to add lines and numbers. Just found out you get an included toll free number as well.
Positive: Ooma is great for business phones, as it allows you to have physical phones and an app on your cell phone, which uses your business number. It allows texts to that number as well, and lets you know if you are getting a work call vs a personal call. They have added and keep adding features, and it's easy to transfer calls.
Negative: The texting feature is not perfect. There have been a handful of places/companies I have signed up for text notifications but I never get them. Sometimes the phone calls do get dropped, even if you have the "safety" feature on that is cellular calls when wifi gets too weak.

Summary: Overall, I would say it has been a good value. It was certainly a less expensive option than the "local" phone company option (yes, there was only one who provides VoIP services), and comparable in price to several others out there.
Positive: I like that I can take the service with me wherever I am with the app for my cell phone, and it still looks like I am in the office. I like that there is a virtual receptionist so my calls are filtered (I am in an executive suites building that does not provide a receptionist who will answer my phones).
Negative: Sometimes the call quality is not that great, even on the "landline" in the office. In the most recent update to the app, the selection of speaker-phone was changed so that you now have to wait for a call to engage (someone has to pick up on the other end, or wait for a voice mail system to answer) before you can select the speaker phone.

Summary: A great option for a small business. Especially for owners who are on the go more than in an office, like me. Premium features with an affordable cost.
Positive: I like many things about Ooma office. I like that I can work from my desk or my cell phone. I like that I can text customers from both platforms as well now. I like the virtual assistant, and voicemail transcript. These are all premium features at an affordable price. It has been fairly reliable and ooma has continued to add features and improvements.
Negative: We had a couple problems early on that affected my texting ability. But, it was resolved and since then, it has been a reliable service.

Summary: The product is decent for the price which is kind of high, I was told one price and received another price. Customer service never corrected this. At least no contract.
Positive: Easy to use system for the price, decent customer service when needed. Clear phone calls and quality service.

Summary: Okay experience. Call dropping issue need to be resolved. I am using this service since 2013 and it is almost 8 years. I did not switch because of porting issues.
