    The greatest investment we have ever made

    Summary: Their new interface for messages, texts, and faxes is fantastic.
    When we started our company there were only two of us; Phone.com made us appear to be larger than we are; we have been clients for 5years, and do not plan on changing service.

    I love the queue and interactive message to set up when calling our number; the virtual phone is a great feature to get calls on the so; the app is fantastic as well!

    Positive: Phone.com services have little to no downtime.
    Very easy to use and set up, with excellent client care.
    Very easy customization and configuration.

    Negative: Provisioning new phone tends to be a little complicated; there is no self-help portion to adding new (physical) phones.

  • Phone.com is just perfect for me and my growing business. So many of the other VoIP companies didn't want to hear from me until I had 100+ employees. They didn't seem to care that I know nothing about VoIP. I needed help, and they just kept sending me to technical support documents and foreign call centers. Phone.com was just as helpful when I was one person and now that I have over 70 employees.
