Summary: I typically add items to the system at least weekly and love the fact you can categorize several different ways and therefore can pull up lists or groupings of folks when we need them for possible investments. I am happy to be a resource for folks that want to learn more.
Positive: Extremely Functional.
Flexible.
Good Customer Service.
Less expensive than most systems.
Several ways to categorize.Negative: I haven't found one other than we have a limited number of folks from our team using it. Those that do find it helpful.

Summary: Overall the program is very helpful for managing a CRM, it just isn't as user-friendly as I would like.
Positive: Nutshell is a user-friendly CRM that works well for managing contacts and sales activity. It’s intuitive and keeps our pipeline organized. Some advanced features may require setup and customization, but overall it’s a dependable tool.
Negative: There are too many features and settings and it can get very confusing.

Summary: Overall, we have had a good experience with Nutshell and appreciate that customer support is always timely and responsive.
Positive: I like the customizable lead cards and fields; it is helpful when adapting and expanding our pipelines.
Negative: Reporting needs to be improved; I would also like to see a weekly summary of activities and incorporating more AI.

Summary: Overall this CRM is great for our team. The user friendly aspect is very important considering we have employees of all different ages and experience levels.

Summary: Working with Nutshell helps us keep track of what we need to do as a Sales team and pick up where colleagues left off if we need to. I think it is a great tool for small businesses like ours.
Positive: Nutshell is easy to use and easy to onboard, its been useful for us for tracking leads, customers and output.

Summary: Overall I use Nutshell on a daily basis to insert information regarding new clients and it does the job well as it tracks the leads.
Positive: The program helps identify the source of leads and collect them into one screen. It also helps identify the value of each lead.
Negative: It could have many other pipeline options as sometimes the leads are lost for reasons not mentioned on the system. Also, the system make duplicates sometimes, making things a little complicated.

A Useful CRM Date: Dec 17 2025
Summary: I find Nutshell to be a great CRM, and I'm very happy with features such as the REST API for being able to connect with other software products we use. However I'd like to see more options to tailor the CRM to our specific business needs.
Positive: Nutshell does a good job of organizing and maintaining full records of interactions, conversations, emails, and notes with our customers. The relationship of Person to Company to Lead is useful. The communication tools for reaching out to customers directly from Nutshell are also very good. The commitment to an available REST API is essential for our use and something I really appreciate and respect about Nutshell.
Negative: There is limited flexibility in some of the features of Nutshell. For example in the automations, it is limited as to what can be used to trigger the next step or to trigger an automatic email/communication. I wish that leads could function more completely as orders in and of themselves, with the ability to include percentage based line items such as sales tax or apply discounts to all of the products on a lead.

Summary: Overall the experience has been good with fast, friendly customer support and an intuitive user experience.
Positive: Nutshell has been super helpful for managing longterm relationships with clients. We have been able to use the workflow feature to make sure that none of our tasks are dropped and ensure the best possible communication with the lead. Being able to see the email communication with the lead as well as other users notes has been helpful in ensuring we don't repeat our communication.
Negative: I have been having issues syncing my office calendar to the Scheduler Feature. Nutshell support has been working with me to resolve this issue, but it remains an issue. I am also working with my organizations administrators to see if we can resolve it

Summary: We love Nutshell overall. Before, it was a problem for us to track down our deal's history due to random data management but after we shifted, we were more streamlined and data efficient, so we were able to perform better
Positive: Customer service is great. They were with us all throughout the setup process. Uploading data is quick and easy. After shifting to Nutshell, we are more focused in reaching our sales goals since database management and sales performance monitoring is nothing to worry about and its really easy to understand how the system works.
Negative: What we least like about the app is how it manages data redundancy, filtering, & Sorting. Some data tags can be easily removed, replaced or created which may slightly affect data accuracy.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend this to small companies since it has all of the basics and is solid with offerings. I can't speak to larger companies and more complex integrations but Nutshell has been nice and they have excellent customer service.
Positive: I like that Nutshell provides coverage for all the major areas of a CRM we need as a small business including contact management, Sales reach (email/call notes, cadences, etc), marketing campaigns, sales pipeline management. All of that without being too complex are too costly compares to the big players in this space.
Negative: I wish some of the items would go deeper. For example, email cadences could have more options.
