Summary: Overall it is a good entry level CRM. Nutshell is fairly priced, and would be good for small business/professionals such as insurance or sales.
Positive: It is easy to use, but could be made much better with a few upgrades.
Can be used straight out of the box.Negative: The mobile app is useless.

The calendar/ meeting should automatically place the address in the location section.
The card scan is only 50% accurate. -

*It would be really helpful if we could assign a person to 2 separate pipelines
I manage all staff Nutshell accounts and it would be nice if i could work on 1 main account (mine) and copy/paste/ cards to other accounts to keep everything the same.

Summary: I think it has the potential to be a good CRM, but nothing is great. It's either ok or sub-par. The features that attracted us don't really work.
Positive: Ease of use. There's not much more I can say. Sorry. I would love to, because I recommended the product, but good thing I'm the owner, or I would have gotten canned.
Negative: Maps in the CRM doesn't work, was supposed to be fixed in six months, 18 months ago. Not great to identify people that are linked to companies. Often add people to companies that should't. The support is almost nonexistent.
