Summary: Overall, Nutshell is a pretty outstanding and super easy-to-use CRM platform. It provides streamlined sales and email marketing management with a powerful sales pipeline visualization. I highly recommend Nutshell for any size of the organization.
Positive: Nutshell automates the casual day-to-day processes in sales and marketing. The whole platform is very easy to operate and it makes customer relationship management fun. Intuitive templates for email marketing. Detailed lead and approach status section.
Negative: No reminder to contact leads. It would be great if they offer this ability.

Summary: Nutshell support is fantastic. They go above and beyond to listen to their customers and really make product updates based on that feedback!
Positive: Nutshell is a very cost effective and robust solution for CRM. From small to mid size businesses it provides a suite of features that are easy to use and allow sales teams to realize their power.
Negative: I think the design UX could be more modern and engaging/intuitive.

Summary: Wonderful customizable program that doesn't require you to recreate the wheel or need a programing degree to understand. I am not 'techy' at all and found this incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Highly recommend!
Positive: Incredibly easy to learn and use. Phenomenal customization options. Love that I can talk to a person to with questions. Many other CRM's have only an email or chat option. I learn better by doing and speaking with someone and this option is priceless. Even better is the truly take feedback to heart and in the two years I've been using the system, at least 2 of my 'suggestions' (and I'm sure others) have been implemented into their programing.
Finally, I am a marketing consultant and recommend this to my clients. Beyond that, I actually will ONLY take on a new clients if they use this system; the one I recommend. I don't receive any incentive or kickbacks, it's just that good and the only CRM I wish to use while providing my marketing services. Highly recommend!Negative: There are a few areas of content you can not remove, but it doesn't impact me too much I just hide them from my view on the leader board as I don't need that information.

There are a few other small things that I wish the program would do, but nothing that is a deal breaker. The fact that this is so easy to use makes up for those small issues. -

Summary: We've been using NS for several years and have always been pleased. Perhaps it's my line of work, but compared to other solutions, we found the UI to be much more intuitive and "friendly". A well thought-out app.
Positive: - Pleasant and inviting UI: encourages all team members to use the app as intended (even new team members)
- Feature rich: all necessary features needed for our purposes
- Integrates with Google suite
- Strong and prompt supportNegative: - Gmail gives ability to undo a sent email and also pre-schedule an email. Would be nice for NS to follow suit

Summary: In general we are happy with Nutshell. It has become a critical part of our growing business. We tried a couple of choices when we realized we needed a CRM and settled on Nutshell. We have been glad we did.
Positive: It is easy to use. Quick, useful reports, I don't have to have a 2 week training course to use the product. It has been stable and working when we need the software, and don't worry about it being the 'System of Record' for our prospect and client information.
Negative: Generally not a lot of cons. The price is a touch higher than I would like, but so far I haven't felt it was more than the software was worth. Just on the edge. As a smaller company I feel we have to balance access to Nutshell due to cost. It the price was lower we would likely give more access.

Summary: I use it daily to keep up with my customers and their open projects as well as keep a record of my team and my own sales numbers.
Positive: It helps me keep up with sales, leads, customers, and companies. The dashboard is straight forward and easy to understand.
Negative: The search function is very particular and often is hard to find projects.

Summary: Easy to use and would totally recommend to any group single user looking to have a complete sale CRM.
Positive: After scouring the market for a comprehensive product, this was very satisfying, after finding a lot of other products dreary or lacking substance and overcomplicated. This was not, It had all in one usage for me such as email marketing, leads, sales flow, email read receipts, and ability to customise.
Negative: Cant separate data from other colleges very well.

Summary: Robust, very intuitive user interface. Good price. Easy to train new users on. Wish it had more integrations but Zapier mostly gets the job done.
Positive: Very user-friendly and quick/easy to get new users up to speed on. Pricing is fair and slightly lower than competitors. Email marketing and forms add ons are most cost effective (and better integrated) than o=using third party alternatives.
Negative: Not as many integrations as other services. But workarounds through Zapier for most.

A Game Changer for The Reuse Network Date: Apr 26 2022
Summary: Quite simply, we could not manage our business without Nutshell. Or if we did, we'd need more staff, more time, and more stress. The addition of Nutshell marketing in the last year has been particularly transformative. With that addition our outbound marketing is much more comprehensive, more frequent, much better organized, and demonstrably more successful. That's been a game-changer.
Positive: We use Nutshell to:

-- Document critical-path milestones through project sale and implementation
-- Communicate among team members with different roles in sales and implementation
-- Organize and keep track of our clients, vendors, service providers, and partners
-- Plan, organize, and track our outbound marketing
-- Plan and implement marketing followup
-- Document and track communications with everyone in our universe
-- Organize and manage our sales meetings
In other words, outside of our accounting function, there is not a single aspect of our business in which Nutshell has not become an integral and essential part.
Hardly least important: Nutshell support has always been fantastic. Prompt, attentive, thoughtful, and persistent in following through to a successful outcome. We were a pretty early user of Nutshell, and Nutshell's support has retained the sense (and reality) of personal care and attention, where so many others let their support devolve into impersonal and frustrating AI (emphasis on the I, precious little I) non-support.Negative: The single lingering hassle is in email integration, where to attach an email thread to a specific Lead, you need to include the phrase "Lead-1234" in the subject line. The last thing I want is for our clients to think of themselves as "Leads", so we cannot use this feature, which leads to email overload in our Nutshell records. Why not "Ref-1234", or "Doc-1234"? Anything but "Lead".

Summary: Great CRM, helps the sales team all work to the same goal, and win more projects. Adding more features regularly too.
Positive: Great program, their API is very easy to use. We integrated to our ERP. Very good dashboard overview.
Negative: Sometimes takes a few days to respond to emails, as we are in Australia.

Summary: Maintaining contact with people I contacted and remembering to follow up on proposals I sent out were my primary challenges. I stay on top of the things I need to do to move forward when I have my leads listed in a "pipeline" format based on the stage, or lifecycle.
Positive: The features of Nutshell are comparable to those of a premium CRM, but you can use or ignore them.
You can track all emails by the customer and reduce the amount of time you spend trying to remember or find what you sent.Negative: Unlike a lead created for a person, emails sent to a person remain attached to that person rather than the lead created for him or her.

In a nutshell... Date: Apr 25 2022
Summary: Excellent. This is my second implementation of Nutshell. First was a sales group repping aluminum and glass commercial building envelope materials. Second is for a non-profit which provides pet food and veterinary support to senior pet owners. Two very different applications and both have worked well.
Positive: Ease of use, nice interface, the ability to bend Nutshell to uses it probably wasn't made for. Tags make for customizable reporting. App is solid and helpful on the road.
Negative: For a non-sales use, it has taken some creative work-arounds to make it work. Even so, customer service is always right there to help.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend it for smaller businesses. I am unable to speak to the level of complexity that nutshell accommodates, as we use it for its most basic features and functions. It is great for tracking our network/people and our favorite feature is the ability to tag individuals.
Positive: We love the tagging feature to help organize and keep track of our contacts. Everything is fairly straightforward and easy to use with intuitive UX/UI. We also like the task and note feature for individual contacts. Building out emails was easy enough and the design was nice and the templates were easy to use.
Negative: Wish there was a field for inputing birthdays as we are a high touch, personal business - maybe I am missing it? The email feature could be slightly improved (speaking from only using it a couple of times) - our main issue was that we had multiple contacts who never received the emails. When we used other email platforms, these same contacts did receive the emails.

It keeps things organized, documents/information is easily accessible and keeps track of client interactions and sales pipeline. They are always striving to make things more convenient for the client and their customer service is top notch!!

Summary: Overall, I love Nutshell. Our company has used this as our CRM for over five years. It's great when you don't need heavy analytics for managing your customer pipeline. Great interface and simplicity for all aspects. Intuitive to use.
