    Nutshell Works Awesome for our Small Sales Team

    Summary: I'm quite happy with Nutshell. We've been using it for 5 years now. We've had employees come and go, but people all seem to like it. Other software CRMs might have more advanced capabilities, but for our team, Nutshell has plenty to offer. Their customer service and support are both great.

    Positive: I like the affordability and ease of use. It's very easy for new employees to jump in and learn how to use.

    Negative: Sometimes the capabilities are limited in the leads stage. I would like to be able to add on the same goal/task completion across multiple stages. For example, receiving an email response to a message.

    Summary: FANTASTIC from beginning to present. I've worked with numerous CRMs, and Nutshell is by far my favorite and preferred CRM. My entire team has found the system to be easy to use and customize. I recommend Nutshell 100 percent!

    Positive: I love everything about Nutshell, but there are two things that stand out to me: Ease of use and Reporting.

    Nutshell has been easy to use from day one. It's easy to train on, easy to pickup as a user, easy to make changes, etc.

    The reporting is amazing. I cannot express how helpful it is to have a system that allows me to create custom fields and report on them!

    Negative: My only complaint is that sometimes features change. This is generally announced beforehand, and feedback is requested afterward. But I do wish some changes were optional rather than mandatory.

    Summary: I would recommend, its great for smaller organization to grow themselves. Its been able to help transform our sales team into an efficient group of organized professionals, and get everybody on the same page.

    Positive: Its simple to use, and straightforward. It integrates email and other platforms directly, making it easy to see responses from clients in one place. It also allows for a more collaborative sales process, as you can easily see which tasks your colleagues have completed and see their communication too.

    Summary: Wonderful customizable program that doesn't require you to recreate the wheel or need a programing degree to understand. I am not 'techy' at all and found this incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Highly recommend!

    Positive: Incredibly easy to learn and use. Phenomenal customization options. Love that I can talk to a person to with questions. Many other CRM's have only an email or chat option. I learn better by doing and speaking with someone and this option is priceless. Even better is the truly take feedback to heart and in the two years I've been using the system, at least 2 of my 'suggestions' (and I'm sure others) have been implemented into their programing.
    Finally, I am a marketing consultant and recommend this to my clients. Beyond that, I actually will ONLY take on a new clients if they use this system; the one I recommend. I don't receive any incentive or kickbacks, it's just that good and the only CRM I wish to use while providing my marketing services. Highly recommend!

    Negative: There are a few areas of content you can not remove, but it doesn't impact me too much I just hide them from my view on the leader board as I don't need that information.

    There are a few other small things that I wish the program would do, but nothing that is a deal breaker. The fact that this is so easy to use makes up for those small issues.
