Summary: I love the chat and ability to connect with a representative to talk through best practices. The ability for the user to make their own dashboard, pipeline and ease of pulling reports/data is fantastic!
Positive: The platform is so customizable. Each user can have their own experience and utilize the CRM as they need. I can organize my leads to stay efficient and prioritize next steps.
Negative: It's so customizable, ha, it can feel overwhelming due to all the pieces, features and functionalities.

Summary: Great company and systems work well. easy to use and learn. Overall, once the system is learned it does become a very effective program. The change over from Highrise was complicated by Highrise and the staff did sort it out at Nutshell and made it work. Great people to work with.
Positive: The site is one of the best for CMS. Easy to use, and real people to answer questions if needed. The letter campaigns available have worked well. The creation of new letters, once one learns the system are easy to create and effective.
Negative: The price is steep. What they need is a middle plateau level. $60/mo. is reasonable. There are some hidden items that need to be clicked that are not intuitive from the my standpoint.

Summary: As both and Admin and User for 2+ years, Nutshell is a GREAT value in CRM and is MUCH better than much more complicated and expensive options. Very highly recommended.
Positive: Very easy to get Nutshell up and running. Customization is fairly easy to get done for almost any purpose. Most of the limits inherent to the platform are fairly easy to work around.
Overall, Nutshell is a great value given its functionality.Negative: Missing a couple of features, most especially there needs to be a way to easily create and track recurring sales.

Reporting is "fairly" easy, but report generation could be a bit smoother / easier.
Customer support is "ok" but not fantastic. It can sometimes be tough to get a really quick answer to immediate needs. -

Summary: Overall, we are very happy with Nutshell. The team helped us integrate our database as well as answer many questions. The integration with PandaDoc has been a great way to organize our proposals/estimates to open leads and drive sales and revenue.

Summary: Overall a good CRM for a reasonable price. Customer service is helpful...if you call and leave a message they will return call fairly quickly. It's always nice to talk to have a live person who knows their stuff. Features are numerable and many can be personalized.
Positive: -Ease of use with good features many of which can be personalized
-Customer service is responsive & knowledgable...you can email or call.

Summary: There has been a huge benefit to our organizations ability to track our leads and track out customer engagement. We have increased our sales and engagement by at least 10%.
Positive: Efficiency with connecting leads, contacts, and communication. Ability to follow the lead through the pipeline.
Negative: Adding new accounts seems a little tricky. We have struggled to find time to engage with support in Australia.

Summary: Overall we have had a great experience with Nutshell. I love the product and support! Nutshell has the right balance of features and functionality with an intuitive UX.
Positive: Nutshell is right-sized for fast-paced startups. Has the perfect mix of features and customizability without being over-burdensome to manage. Nutshell gives our sales team the tools they need to be successful.
Negative: As with most CRMs takes a couple of days to get into a good workflow, and optimize all the integrations.

Summary: We have had the service for a few years and are very happy with it. The Nutshell team has been very responsive to our needs.
Positive: We have used Nutshell for a few years now. It has made our marketing so much easier. We have everything in one place now which has made our team more productive than ever. We love the occasional training classes and all of the extra help they provide. We always talk to real people on the phone and online meeting spaces.
Negative: Nothing I can think of. The recent updates with mailing through Nutshell took all the cons away.

Summary: Great product overall. As an administrator it has been set it and forget it for the most part as end users tend to not have too many problems and they are easy to fix quickly.
Positive: Nutshell has been easy for employees to pickup and jump right in. Intuitive and easy to learn. Definitely recommend.

Summary: My personal experience with Nutshell has been almost exclusively positive. A fantastic budget CRM. With all of the information and customization options available, Nutshell definitely goes toe to toe with some of the big name CRM's - while still remaining affordable.

A Flexible CRM That's Actually Relevant to Sales People Date: Apr 13 2022
Summary: At our branch, we like to joke that some of our team don't like it when someone "moves their cheese" (i.e. changes things). Every team has some degree of this and it's a significant roadblock to the use of CRM packages. Perhaps the best way I can describe our experience with Nutshell is to say that even our most change-averse team members have come around quickly and easily and now use it happily.
Positive: CRM tools have always felt and worked out more like reporting tools for corporate leadership at the top of sales organizations. Nutshell is the exact opposite. It's given our team a platform to support day-to-day sales work on an individual and team basis. Well over a year in, we're still discovering new ways to benefit from the ease of use and flexibility in Nutshell's design.
Negative: The reporting tools aren't perfect for our team but we're learning more and more about how to capture and review the data we need. (In fairness, this may be more of a user problem.)

Positive: Pipelines are easy to build and improve our business flow. the audience and broadcast features are very helpful to me.
Negative: No text campaign functionality. Audiences don't grow organically. it's a manual set up each time.
