    Summary: Freshworks is suitable for maintaining an e-commerce, a digital commerce and also a physical services company, which has not been any inconvenience to own these types of businesses. Although it needs improvement, it is a program that we can highly recommend. We were able to improve the area of commercial prospects and the area of relationships, solving in an adequate way several problems of potential customers again from the implementation of adequate information. We were also able to acquire a live database to do strategic data management and strategic leads management in Administration with each customer thus improving sales velocity and customer quality.

    Positive: This software has advanced integration and great organization when it comes to Leads. We have been able to organize the sales department thanks to the intelligent data metrics that Freshworks offers us, forecasting is also essential. We hardly needed any tutorials or training to understand the use of this software, either in the use of the mobile application or in the use of the web version. It has several integrations and the APIs are very easy to manipulate.

    Negative: We have already asked support for an update to improve the proposal generator since the functions that this option shows us are quite limited even if we have the Premium version active. We also need a better visual composer for each display board as this allows us to have a list of potential customers in an organized way. We can also improve the CML and CRL contracts option.

    Summary: Freshsales is very easy to use and comes with many tools that help improve and shorten the sales process, I have been able to organize all the contacts and provide them with information that will help them understand our different insurance plans and decide which one is the best for them, it has been a great way to communicate with all the potential leads and close many deals successfully; Freshsales is a software that has saved us a lot of energy because it automates the entirety of sales sequences and it guides us through every step in order to make things right and offer the client the best experience when deciding to purchase, it is able to organize current leads to know which ones are the highest-quality with the contact scoring tool, and it saves us much time because we do not have to sort leads on our own but we have a ton of tools that will help us achieve a perfect deal.

    Positive: Freshsales is a helpful tool to increment sales and have a direct tool to track communication with current clients, as well as attracting more clients through many strategies that the software studies and analyzes with its amazing technology. I am able to analyze all prospects and interact with them in different ways, through the website, through social media, and find out quick information about the client, knowing how they interact with our website, what do they find more interesting and what were they confused about when visiting our site, if this is a potential lead and more interesting things that this software allows me to analyze through their backed-up technology. It is very easy to track visitors and understand the context in which each individual is visiting, and based on that, proceed with the right strategy to turn the lead into an actual client.
    The process of converting prospects into actual active clients of our business is hugely shortened thanks to the automation that Freshsales provides, the sales sequences are automatically made easier by providing a great timeline of all the stages of the sale process, and having the ability to sort out the contacts based on the quality of them based on interactions to ensure that we finish a sale in a successful manner. It also allows us to organize contact information in order to facilitate the communication between different channels, and it enables multi-channel communication once the information has been submitted, making this part of the sales funnel more automated and great to work with as it becomes more agile.
    Its artificial intelligence system is like no other, allowing us to have a sort of virtual assistance that is always there to support us throughout all the process, giving us suggestions and studying data when we do not have time to, it analyzes everything in-depth and helps us make the right choice, and choose whether a the sales process of a potential customer will be successful based on data from the past, giving us a potential answer to the final result of the process, and it has been very insightful at providing us with thoughtful answers that we highly appreciate in order to make a final decision on how to proceed or improve our strategies. It not only has helped us in that aspect, but it constantly does many of the tasks that we considered were manual, but now the assistance of the AI does things like maintaining accurate data and maintaining data up to date, deleting duplicates or wrong information and it updates us constantly about our contacts, providing us helpful insight on when are the right times to communicate with each contact based on its detections.

    Negative: I have had a difficult time every time I need to reach out to support about the function of tools or a bug happening that will affect my work, I have contacted support a couple of times through their support chat but it does take a long time for a person to actually reach out to you to take your case and solve it, the customer support lacks persistence and organization when it comes to solving customers’ doubts quickly or even in a moderate amount of time, and I feel like even though there is an attempt, they still have not solved this issue fully. I also find the software to be quite pricey, it certainly is a lot compared to other alternatives that we considered when looking for a CRM software, I feel like this is not a very accessible software to many businesses.

    Summary: Freshworks is the best CRM on the market right now. You can easily and quickly configure all the workflow diagrams and at the same time automate it almost immediately, as well as let us also configure the sequences of campaigns via email.

    Positive: Freshworks handles in a spectacular way a fairly complete and clean sequence of sales in order. When importing contacts and accounts, it presents a quick way to do it. We can also synchronize the calendar and have a better management and order of the planned tasks.     Negative: The learning curve is not suitable for everyone as it requires a minimum learning resource to be able to manipulate Freshworks. Sometimes when we import a file it comes with errors in the main interface and not directly in the email where it is displayed well.

    Pretty but Requires Too Many Clicks

    Summary: I think the experience is satisfactory. It manages what we want to do, but sometimes I feel Freshsales spends more time creating fancy edge features (mobile apps, integrations with 3rd party apps) than optimizing the workflow for the typical user.
    For example, you still cannot merge companies, and the sync with Freshdesk is so limited that we turned it off.

    Positive: Does all the basics. Captures leads, manages customers and companies, track deals, emails and communications. Relatively simple to use.

    Negative: It takes too many clicks to gather call the information needed to get make follow-up calls. Does not do a good job of organizing contact info and information on prior communications in one place. I find myself constantly clicking back and forth btw different slide outs and linked pages to get this info

    Flashy but Frustrating

    Summary: Good if you like flashy software with all sorts of slide outs and pretty icons. Good if you use mobile apps. Bad if you want to integrate with other Freshdesk products. Bad if you want a good task manager or like to have clean data that is shared with a CRM system.

    Positive: The UI is very well designed. Works well for basic and important stuff, like creating leads, converting to companies/contacts, adding deals, tracking deal progress. Webforms work well. Pages are very flexible and easy to customize.

    Negative: The company seems to focus on all these fancy things like mobile apps, bots, chat, etc without doing the easy stuff. Like there is no good integration with a 3rd party IP phone service. You have to use Freshcaller - which is terrible. There is no easy way to merge companies or leads. You have to click an multiple tabs and filters to get a decent task list. And the integration with its own product Freshdesk is poor. You would think that you would be able to share records btw Freshsales and Freshdesk - but you cannot. They also have two versions of Freshsales - classic version and Freshsales CRM, We were left behind on Freshdesk Classic and no body told us.

    OK but Not Great

    Summary: We have used for a couple years primarily because its cheap. Initially purchased because of the integration with Freshdesk, but we turned that off because it never worked. The company seems to be more focused on having a slick UX instead of making things easy to use. It's a hassle to navigate between contacts, companies, deals and leads. There is way too much info hidden that can only be accessed by going into edit mode. There are lots of capabilities - such as mobile apps - but I rather have them focused on improving the core functions rather than adding all these new edge features that I will never use.

    Positive: Affordable.
    Modern Design.
    Manages basic needs (leads, contacts, companies, deals, reporting).
    Has some useful features (convert leads to contacts/deals).

    Negative: Cannot merge companies.
    Many integrations are so limited that they are worthless.
    Difficult to switch btw contacts and deals and companies.
    Too much information hidden and only accessible via slide outs and when editing.
