    Summary: Over time LiveChat has managed to create its own image as an online instant messaging service, which completely differentiates it from services such as WhatsApp or Telegram. In addition, being a direct extension of Facebook, sharing information from groups or the main wall is even more direct than it could be with the other applications.

    Positive: A huge attraction of LiveChat is that it is not necessary to search for external audiovisual material when sending messages, since the platform is integrated with services for uploading static and mobile images, among other formats, so that they can be shared within Messenger through its own search engine.
