    Great way to capture leads on your website

    Summary: It was great. Really easy to set up and deploy and has worked wonderfully for us with absolutely no downtime or issues since we started. Would highly recommend.

    Positive: SalesIQ makes it really easy to talk to visitors on your website. You can set it to send out a ping when visitors perform a specific action to initiate a conversation. I also like that it plugs into Zoho CRM so you can convert visitors into sales leads if you want to.

    Negative: The mobile app has a long delay from the point when the user pings the chat and to when it actually rings on your phone.
