Summary: WIP, very satisfying to have the addition to my Web pages. There are not many methods to bring a chat feature into a site, this one is very useful.
Positive: Easy! Still in development and added the code to 2 of my pages.
Icon is always there and very easy to customize look and feel.Negative: Requires fast Internet, but that should be expected.

Positive: Easy to implement, easy to set up, a lot of customizing functions, good usability on the products website.
Negative: Nothing really, at the beginning it might take some minutes to understand the setup but thats normal I guess.

Summary: Recommendable, easily usable software with lots of features, nicely customizable and apparently much accepted by customers. Big plus for our support.
Positive: German-based (DSGVO conformity) - very easily customizable with lots of settings - comfortable to use.
Negative: Shopware plugin refused to work, installation quite easy tho - would be nice if one widget could work in different languages at once.

Positive: Easy to use, easy to implement, quick to learn, 100 points for great software product, I can recommend unreservedly.
Negative: In some places it's not entirely clear where the submenu is hidden, but once you know, it's clear.
