    Summary: HubSpot CRM is the best free CRM that I've used. Because our company is small, we can't afford to spend a lot of money on CRM systems. HubSpot fills the need for a robust system that does not break the bank.

    Positive: HubSpot CRM is an excellent, free CRM product that I use every day to manage my web design & graphic design leads. My favorite part of HubSpot CRM is that you can BCC a tracking code when sending emails, then the email activity (opens, clicks) of the recipient is logged to the contact record and you always have a running record of email activity. HubSpot CRM also has a tasks feature that is good for assigning tasks to different people on your team and will auto-send reminders on specified dates & times.

    Negative: Once you go past the free version, HubSpot CRM can get expensive fast. Luckily, HubSpot CRM gives you a lot in the free version, so I have not yet had to upgrade.

    Summary: We love HubSpot CRM, it's simple and more efficient as compared to our old CRM. One thing I really liked about this platform is, it delivers the most detailed reports on sales and user activity to never miss any leads.

    Summary: The company I work for has chosen to move to Salesforce and what a mistake. If you are a large corporation it makes sense, but for us Hubspot really was a perfect fit.
