    Summary: I definitely think this is one of the best free options on the market for CRM. I didn't play around with too much of the other offerings but there is a lot to play with and a lot of supported connections.

    Positive: Easy to pick up for free and use for personal or business use. Helps keep you organized and very intuitive.

    Negative: Starts to become a little unmanageable if you have a large use case for personal use but that is true with most any software of this type.

    Positive: The marketing email functionality is great. Super easy to use and schedule regular emails. Deal boards are a useful resource to track accounts. Automations save us so much time.

    Negative: Individual features that we wanted to add like the knowledge base for the chat bot required us to go to a tier in pricing. That doesn't make sense for us.

    Positive: I like HubSpot for the ability to be able to use a calendar booking feature. I've split test this between Calendy and I must say that HubSpot functions better than the other.

    Summary: HubSpot CRM is a very well made software, its work structure is very well elaborated and helps make our overall experience and use of each of its functions totally easy for us. We consider that we have had a fairly good experience with this CRM service, we have been able to make a lot of sales after arriving in our work environment, it allowed customers to feel comfortable during the sales process, since we became people more capable of meeting requirements of customers. Sales in our company have progressively improved thanks to HubSpot CRM, we have retained customers, offering them very attractive services and offers that they cannot refuse, I am very grateful to HubSpot for this behavior in my company.

    Positive: HubSpot is used in our company as the default channel to transfer leads, to a process where they can resolve all the concerns of the sale and a successful negotiation can be carried out. One of the things I like the most about HubSpot is that I can import contacts instantly and from any device, you don't need to create a contact list in HubSpot CRM to track the sale, just export them from somewhere else and embed it into HubSpot. I love the integration it has with all my social networks, it's easy to capture a client on our social networks and transfer them to our HubSpot dashboard in an automated way, this saves us a lot of time. Another thing that I like is that it is correctly associated with our advertising campaigns, in our sales sector we have configured it so that it can track sales with clients obtained from advertising campaigns.

    Negative: It would be excellent to be able to unite all the information that we collect from our leads and to be able to have general reports on the behavior that has occurred with potential clients. Currently, the reports are generated separately, depending on the clients obtained by various means, the reports of social networks are separated from those of the advertising campaigns, however, this is not a function that attracts our attention, we prefer to obtain reports complete and general reports of the sales that we have generated so that it is easier to have an accounting of the potential clients. By having all this information separated, it costs us a little more to analyze the information collected.

    Summary: Hubspot is a program we use every single day. It's a driving force that keeps our business growing and allows numerous details and customer interactions to never fall through the cracks. It keeps a centralized hub of our customers that anyone can use and keeps everyone in the company on the same page. It's a great tool to have in any business!

    Positive: The ability to keep track of all interactions I have to foster relationships and keep a constant flow of contact to grow my business and create new connections.     Using Hubspot as a Revenue Operations Professional

    Summary: All in all, HubSpot is a great CRM, that in my view is more suited to growing enterprises. The firm should look to improve its integrations possibility and look to develop more features to its CRM to add more value to users.

    Positive: HubSpot was amazing on several fronts:
    - Was useful in sorting accounts based on customizable traits (geographic location, - easier to handle when sorting the data
    - Direct excel downloading report
    - Great value for money (relatively low price in comparison to other CRM's)

    Negative: The main con with HubSpot was that it was difficult to integrate other platforms - for example ZoomInfo details couldn't be synchronised with HubSpot which limits its accessibility to integrating additional information on new accounts.

    Summary: Extremely happy with the platform, even in starting out at the free tier before I really grew my audience.

    Positive: It's got literally everything that you could want in an easy-to-use platform... and they're always making updates. I like the website chat because I can catch leads and email them in bulk at a later point — plus assign these leads to particular team members.

    Negative: They are making all sorts of UI updates all of the time, but the design was a bit dated and difficult to navigate.
