Summary: We evaluated several CRM systems for our business. We found HubSpot to be feature-rich. The pricing is better for very small organizations but is rather expensive for large organizations with 50+ users.
Positive: 1. Cloud-based; no server required.
2. Many beneficial features.
3. Backed up in the cloud.
4. Updated automatically.Negative: 1. Limited customization opportunities.

Summary: On iOS, the app is not stable, for free plan you only have support by the community and you can't contact anyone.
Positive: It's free.
HubSpot always provides materials for complement your skills
The UI is so friendly.Negative: Some things are limited the sales force lack many basics functionalities, also you can not fuse companies also you only add one mail account for each customer.

Summary: Overall it's good for a free option. But I wouldn't go the paid route in my opinion because of customization limitations.
Positive: Easy to use and set up for any size of business. Not hard to implement and works reliability for you.
Negative: I didn't like how I couldn't customize it as much as I wanted.
