Summary: It's great because you can also leave notes in the emails you assign so you can keep each other in the loop with what is happening.
Positive: Easy way to manage multiple inboxes for a team in one dashboard. Can assign messages to each other as well.
Negative: There are not any cons that I can think of for now.

Negative: It's a little tricky to set up and UI/ux could be updated to simplify.
