Additionally, I think that the cloud storage of Evernote is very convenient for every day use because it automatically backs up all the data in the cloud and it is so much easier to use it on any device and not having to worry about human errors such as losing a physical paper or losing important information that is printed, I think that the use of digital tools to ensure that all the data is protected is something that is become more important with each day and each new transformation of the digital era that happens, Evernote does a good job adjusting to these changes and always makes sure that the data is stored safely and can be accessed in any way. For me, Evernote has increased my productivity a lot because the note-taking tool has kept me fully up-to-date with everything that I need to do, it allows me to annotate any relevant information so I don't forget it, it has allowed me to set basic tasks reminders for certain projects that I have annotated in, and overall, my life using Evernote has been so much better than before and I have been able to collaborate with other team members who also use it and we can annotate together on a file to get the work done faster, it is a tool that has its pros and cons but I would say that there are more benefits to using Evernote than anything negative, it is a very well constructed application that allows me to stay on top and achieve all the goals that I set for myself, my team, and my business, it is truly a tool that is good to have around.

Finally, there are not many bad things that I have experienced while using Evernote, I believe its functionality is pretty good, but I do have experienced some issues when syncing my devices, it happened twice that my information was lost because the devices weren't synced, and when they synced, the progress that I had done with one of my projects got deleted all of a sudden with no chance of recovering.

Negative: Evernote isn't the best as a collaborative tool. If two users are trying to edit the same note at the same time, it will generally create two separate versions of the same note without merging the different contributions. This can be confusing and cause information to be lost.

Positive: Evernote has endless possibilities that help to make notes, tasks and reminders in an organized manner. Its interface makes Evernote extremely easy to use. Evernote allows to access and update notes on different devices simultaneously. I'm continuously using this for four years.

Negative: I don't recommend its mobile app for tasks and notes.
