Summary: I would highly recommend otter.ai if you are needing to transcribe audio files into text format. It's a great way to convert a podcast into printed material.
Positive: The interface is very easy to use. I can drag and drop many files at once and it will notify me when they are complete.
Negative: I have been using this platform for a few years now and have no complaints about it!

Artificial, but no Actual, intelligence Date: Dec 17 2021
Summary: Putrid. Unresponsive non-receptive unreachable isolated impenetrable uncommunicative silent infuriating.
Positive: Good web presence. Perhaps is a good product, if only the company would upgrade me to the level that I paid for 3 months ago.
Negative: These techies have their email and web so protected by an AI Great Wall that there is no way to contact them. I paid $100 for their "Pro" on Sept 19 2021, but have yet to get the upgrade on Dec 15!!! Innumerable emails and. "support requests" have. only been answered by AI bots that do not understand English. Their "support" is nonexistent!!!!
