Summary: Very good software to manage signature for business. Very good product to resell . We choose this software because it's easy to sell and install.

Positive: Easy to set up, easy to sell to our customer. Easy to train internal team.

Negative: Application to setup the signature but CodeTwo fixed this with web application.

Summary: A great product with a great Customer support. The Office 365 signature limit is successfully solved. Infinite ways to customize company signature.

Negative: It's not possible to customize signature for mail sent from (sent as) distribution list as sender. It's the only con!

Summary: This application gives a professional appearance to the company's email communication. CodeTwo Email Signature for Office365 is a real added value and is part of the company marketing strategy.

Positive: Easy implementation, good value for money, platform independent and uniform for the entire organization and great features, good support and still in development.

Negative: The use of the designer is sometimes difficult, this must be improved.

Summary: I started using CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 about four years ago. I have more free time after that.

Positive: CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 is a game changer for me.
Easy to setup, works on any device (desktop and mobile).
No more manual signature on Outlook or mobile device.
Full cloud solution, no local software.

Negative: Solution perfect, any defect to be underlined!!!

Summary: For the product you need to buy a number of users/licenses. It would be nice that when this number is exceeded that it continues to work for all users for a certain period of time (grace period of e.g. on month). Because then you can more easily see how many licenses you really need.

Positive: Software is easy to install and easy to use. All configuration can be done in a browser without installing software.

Negative: Deployment of the modern CodeTwo Signatures Web Add-in works only with Outlook as part of an office 365 subscription. This type of deployment does not work (yet) with standalone versions of Outlook (with perpetual licenses).

Summary: We love this tool and recommend it to our customers. We even use this ourselves! Highly recommended if you are looking for a centrally managed signature tool.

Positive: The ability to have consistent signatures across the organisation
Easy to setup.
Good and responsive support and sales team.
Good price point.

Negative: There are not any that I have come across. Everything works great and if we have ever had an issue the support team have resolved our issues the same day.

Summary: I have been working with CodeTwo for a couple of years now and value the ease of purchasing and editing subscriptions. I enjoy using the product and seeing that every employee at my company has a standard signature - it looks professional and organized!

Positive: I enjoy not having to think about my email signature anymore! CodeTwo has a fantastic Sales and Service team who are professional, friendly and they get back to me in a timely manner.

Negative: I would prefer to be able to see the cost of our tenants subscriptions on the main tenant page, but that is the only 'con' that I have experienced with CodeTwo.

Summary: I love CodeTwo and I really think it is the best solution for central HTML signature management. this is why I design and refer all of my interested customers to CodeTwo.

Positive: CodeTwo offers a product that has great flexibility by nature since all of the HTML background code is editable. They also have an awesome HTML specialist team for help with specific questions regarding the design.

Negative: The online web editor needs a lot of work because it doesn't allow you to have complete control over the tiny details of the design. Though this is easily avoidable by writing the HTML code manually instead.

Summary: I recommend the product since I am absolutely satisfied with it.

Positive: I configured the product independently since its use is really easy and when I found myself making mistakes in the settings, the support immediately helped me solve the problem. This led me to understand how important the management of signatures has become and above all to use a serious and valid product with excellent support behind it.

Negative: I haven't found anything yet.

Summary: Nice look, easy to install on phones and computer. I wish the pricing was a bit better or part of the overall 365 licence.

Positive: I like that you can upload your design and easy to make changes. I like that the cellphone requires no set up.

Negative: Wish it was a bit cheaper so we could provide it to all our employees. For a small business its quite expensive when you figure in the 365 licence and that it is in USD

Summary: This tool gives our support desk a comfortable positions when helping our clients setting up uniformed signatures.
It's a professional boost for us as reseller but also, and foremost, for our customers.

Positive: The ease of setting up global signatures with a few clicks, no enduser action is required. This tools saves our helpdesk loads of time and ups our professional endorsement for our business customers!

Negative: Fine tuning license usage: licenses are pooled and taken by anyone who passes the service.

Summary: This instrument is really interesting and helpful. You can plan in advance and you can personalize it in different ways for any department.

Positive: I like the different kind of instrument available for the personalization. It would be really useful for your company.

Negative: Sometimes the choices are too strict, I'll prefer to have more freedom.
