Speaking of my own experience and leaving aside the experience of my employees, I must admit that this software has helped me control the activities carried out within the corporate sector of my real estate company, I have many activities on a daily basis and with this platform I can make a planning of each of them, to execute each activity at an exact time.

Positive: Clockify It is the best way to measure the work time of each employee and to know exactly how much time they dedicate to a specific task or to a computer application that they are using in their office. One of the main things that I loved about this platform is that its integration time with the computer is quite fast, in approximately five to 10 minutes you can integrate the computer with this platform and start controlling the time you spend generating a job within of the Office. I must also mention that I loved the reporting modality that this platform is capable of generating, during all the time that we have been using it, we have been able to obtain detailed reports on the use that employees are having in a specific way, we can know exactly all the applications that they use within their working days, we can know which application they spend more time on and if there are any distractions inside the computer. The reports within this platform are detailed on a large scale, they are quite orderly with respect to the information collected and it is also capable of detecting constant use of a specific application. Finally, I must mention that I loved the way I can monitor all the computers in my company from my mobile device, with the Clockify application, I can access real-time monitoring of all the computers, I can know exactly how much work time takes each employee on a specific day.

Negative: One of the main problems that occurred during my use of this software and my employees' use is that when we had an unstable internet connection, we would automatically log out, forcing us to log in again. This has been really quite a big problem for us as sometimes our internet was not stable enough and working time monitoring was interrupted due to session termination due to internet instability. I would love that when there is an instability, the software continues to work and monitor each of the applications that are being used within the computer, this is quite important for us and it would help all the reports to be even more accurate. Another thing that should be improved within this platform is that it does not allow employees to deactivate the monitoring of their working day, we have inserted this program in the vast majority of computers and our company, and some employees deactivate the monitoring that we constantly do out of discomfort, I'd love it if you didn't have the ability to turn that feature off.

What I like the most about Clockify is that it sends immediate notifications when one of the employees has already completed their work and attaches the time invested for that work, these notifications help me to stay informed that my employees are fulfilling their tasks in my sector Sales. In addition, I like to have separate reports with Clockify, the separate reports for each employee allows me to know how long they have worked in their workdays and thus I can have control of weekly payments.

Negative: The calendar that Clockify offers me is not that attractive and it is difficult to see the assignments that I have made for a specific day and time, the calendar must have a better organization of the assignments so that they can be visualized correctly. Currently, I see the assignments in list mode, so I can keep a correct control and I can have a broader view. The calendar still needs several optimizations, they need to improve the layout and also need to improve the way pre-assignments are sorted.
