Summary: ClickSend is an amazing software that I use for my company and I will definitely continue to use this in the future.

Positive: ClickSend has payment options which are very affordable, which stood out to me the most. Setting this software up was not a hassle at all - I could easy navigate to where I wanted to go. Additionally, I liked the fact that there was both online SMS and MMS Gateway, and the first 25 messages were also free.

The delivery times are faster than other programs I have used, and the support is reliable and quick as well.

Negative: In some cases, there was a lack of customization and submitting API requests did not work. Although, this is not that big of an issue and doesn't interfere with my experience.

Summary: ClickSend is super easy to use and to work with. Just as few flaws. But that's normal with any company.

Positive: The best thing about ClickSend is the availability of options, I can use their platforms for SMS, emails, and more.

Negative: You can't auto-delete bounces or no-delivery. The bounced numbers isn't automatic.

Summary: Perfect application, a must-have in the future. No flaws in my eyes, when I imagine the perfect app for what I do, I see this.

Positive: Wow! Not much to say here, pretty flawless. Extremely easy to use, great user interface, very good support, and offers a great free trial!

Negative: Also not much to say here, I would like to say that the color palette of the app could be a bit better though.

Summary: All in all, ClickSend is a great program that has a simple UI and is a great addition to any company which is looking for an SMS platform to be used. I will definitely be using this now, and in the future!

Positive: ClickSend is an easy to use product which helps to boost businesses across the world, as it provides accurate data and results through bulk SMS gateways. I especially like the fact that it allows users to track, receive, and send SMS and text messages can be sent to contact lists by a telecommunication provider. The MMS gateway is simple to use, as I can just drag media files onto the dashboard and review campaigns before sending them.

Negative: For some, the pricing may be a bit high, depending on what your budget is. Additionally, the character limits are short. In some cases I will have to either cut down the text or scrap it completely.

Summary: Overall its the best to use, it makes SMS so much easier and in a mass degree. I would recommend this to anyone.

Positive: Everything, it was simple to use and very efficient. It helped me do things that I couldn't otherwise.

Negative: It takes some time to setup, but overall it's easy to get used to.

Negative: My only cons are a bug I encountered, although the support team was quick in assisting me.

Negative: Might be hard for beginners to manage. Pricing could be an issue but usually not as businesses will pay for it.

Summary: Overall this has to be one of the best things I have ever gotten for my business. Despite its minor flaws, it is still a must-have if you want your team to be able to communicate with ease and speed. Along with this, it makes communicating with customers easy too.

Positive: It has a simple UI, accompanied by a lot of features. On top of both of these, it's easy to use and set up making it a hassle-free business messaging experience.

Negative: Despite all of the pros, it does have a couple of bugs making certain tasks that should be simple more complicated than they should be.

Negative: It seemed like it was a little slow, but that might have been on my end. other than that I haven't had anything go wrong and that's not normal to say for most products!

Positive: The user interface of ClickSend is simple to use, especially for newer employees. This app not only is easy to use but also expands the marketing possibilities for my business, and other businesses across the world. Being able to fax, post, etc. is good because sometimes we may have to use one or the other. For my company, we integrated ClickSend with Google Sheets, and it works nearly flawlessly. It helps a lot in our work environment and makes things run more smoothly.

Negative: There are not many negative points I could add about this app. One thing that could be better is the character limit for both the Standard SMS message and the Unicode SMS message. Although it is sufficient, sometimes we have to put more than the limit and cutting it down is a hassle for us as we do not want to leave out any important information.

Positive: This app is superb. It can handle Email and MMS with ease. I love it as It makes communication way easier for me.

Negative: At first it was a little slow and glitchy, but it turns out that my device was causing the problem. Now that the matter has been resolved I'm happy as I don't have any problems now.
