Summary: Overall this is a super good app, Priced very good and has nice support, a 9/10. Amazing app I use this weekly for my needs.

Positive: It's a really good tool website, their pricing is very good, there is even a free trial. Super easy to use.

Negative: Can't do it on computer. Site is a little buggy for me at least! But there is no more cons after that.

The creation of campaigns through messaging has been quite automated since we started using this software and we integrated it with our email campaign creation service, since as I mentioned previously this software is capable of creating automated campaigns through messaging thanks to the synchronization that you have with the e-mail marketing system, all the campaigns that we carry out and send to our clients by e-mail are exported immediately and automatically to our ClickSend service. In addition, the service for sending advertising messages is also automated. It is only enough to link to a contact list of clients where they have the contact emails and their telephone number, in an automated way the system will be able to detect if an advertising email has been sent to them, and an advertising message will be sent to them. immediately thanks to this data synchronization. We are happy with the current use and with the return on investment that we have had with this platform, all our potential clients and regular clients did not have constant advertising, and we are happy with that result, our company has been able to generate many more sales and has been able to get many more customers than before.

ClickSend It has been one of the most perfect solutions for all our problems and to expand marketing, during our experience with this advertising messaging service we have obtained several positive factors which I will mention: The main negative factor that is noted about the use of this software is that you can make use of predesigned templates to design totally attractive messages, it is important to know how to use these templates, in order to build a very striking message which captures the customer's attention. I love the great variety of predesigned templates that this software offers me, since I can design various messages with a different design for each advertising campaign. Another positive thing about this software is that it has an excellent integration with this e-mail marketing system, this integration helps us so that the campaigns we create to be sent via email, we can export all that campaign information and a message can be created automatically just by selecting a predesigned template. This integration is quite functional for us and is one of the most beneficial features we have used as it helps us to create personalized messages in the form of a campaign in an automated way. I should also mention that I love the mobile application, this application also allows me to create messages and send them with just one click, the creation of instant messages makes customers the same both from the mobile device, from the desktop version, In addition One of the most positive things about the version for mobile devices is that it has a main panel where you can see the collaboration that the other employees have had in the creation of new messages, you can know exactly how many advertising messages have been sent since a given date specific.

Negative: I must emphasize that during my experience we have only had a single problem. When we were about to here on this platform, we were promised a monitoring of all the messages, where we could know how the title is who has read our messages and who has rejected it, this monitoring has not been able to be used within this platform . The creation of SMS and MMS messages is quite satisfactory within this platform, but there is currently no function to be able to monitor the status of that message, we cannot know if the client has received this message or if the message has been lost. I fully demand that this functionality be inserted as soon as possible, as it was promised when you purchased one of the ClickSend plans. Monitoring is quite an important function for us and we need it for the staff every single message and the status of them, I hope you can implement this function as soon as possible.

Summary: It functions perfectly as another methodology of outreach and integrated really well into my day-to-day. Great experience!

Positive: ClickSend integrates well with my email campaigns and allows free flowing conversation with my clients. The pricing is incredibly affordable based on your needs as well!

Negative: Creating SMS templates is slightly confusing. It would be great to have a few more options or updates!

Summary: I feel like my district would benefit greatly from ClickSend and we're looking for along term solution.

Positive: The versatility of ClickSend is what attracted me the most. The product would work great for schools and city that we oversee here in the Technology Department. I would highly recommend ClickSend.

Negative: Pricing could be a little more fluid. There are other clients that do the same job but are cheaper but ClickSend is a lot easier to implement.

Summary: Overall, this is an amazing tool that lots of businesses can benefit from from the wide range of communications available to reach out to their customers.

Positive: I love the idea of this as it can be useful to many companies trying to reach out to their customers. I like the fact that there are not only text SMS messages but that there are other ways of reaching out such as fax.

Negative: One thing that can be improved is the fact that messages cannot be sent from Alexa or Google Home devices. I believe that this integration would be very useful to lots of customers.

Summary: Overall I really enjoyed the application. It was very easy to grasp as a newcomer to the app, and it was very simple to use. I enjoyed the graphical interactive and UI because it was pleasing to my eye. The app was organized very well organized everything was in the place that I would think it would be. Overall, a very good and pleasing app to use! I really enjoyed the amazing customer service as well, and the app was well-priced.

Positive: ClickSend was a very easy to use tool and it was very easy to grasp as a newcomer. I have not used many tools such as ClickSend in my past, and it was very easy to pick up as a newcomer. I loved its graphical interface as a new user and thought it was very simple to use overall. Furthermore, in my opinion, everything was very aesthetically pleasing to use. The customer service provided was phenomenal and the app overall was very good and made it easy to send messages.

Negative: Overall, I really enjoyed the product. The UI was pleasing, and the actual interaction within the app was pleasant. I do not have much bad to say about the product and I really liked it.

Summary: I am satisfied with the pricing and the functions that the program offers while I believe that using this products does help me to increase my revenue. And I think it still needs to be improved, not only the customer service but also more functions.

Positive: One part of this program I really like is the Email to SMS function. It works well with my outlook and gmail. Its strengths help us to fill some of the gaps in our email campaigns to make our marketing strategies more powerful. I also like ClickSend that it is easy to setup, save me so much headaches so I can put energy to delicate my business.

Negative: I wish they have a better customer service team so I can get the response ASAP when I contact them. They’re kind of failed to follow up. Time is sensitive to the business so that the problem shouldn’t be hung in there.

Summary: Overall it's a pretty good product, could handle some minor UI tweaks but besides that it worked like a charm.

Positive: - The UI is very easy to navigate.
- Really helpful customer support (Helped me a lot after I was having some issues).

Negative: - It can be difficult to find what you're looking for sometimes.

Summary: Overall my experience was pleasant. Masterful UI meets simplistic navigating brings a very delightful user experience.

Positive: Simple, precise ability to send receive communication. Secure, private. Instant notifications, no mode waiting and wondering when/ if response is sent. Quick load, very responsive. User friendly and intuitive.

Negative: Slightly "clunky". Navigating was a little difficult. Categories could be laid out better.

Summary: This has been my go to program for a while and gets the job done well every time. Had one concern and support got it solved quick.

Positive: -Easy to setup
-Relatively cheap for the value it provides
-Very versatile and can be used for a variety of reasons

Negative: -Was not used to the system so it took a while to get acquainted with

Summary: I would recommend it to people, because of ease of use and the easily accessible selection of message types that are also pretty cheap compared to others. There isn’t much problems about it, and the customer support is a cherry on top.

Positive: I really love the simplicity of the product, it’s hands down one of the best and cheapest options I’ve seen. It took me like 2 hours to set up everything, but I’m now able to do other stuff rather than getting stuck on trying to communicate with my customers. I would recommend it for any business owner. (Not even including how good the support is!)

Negative: I don’t really have much because of how cheap it is, but if I was to say the character limit does really limit me, because 160 characters isn’t much. But like I said you can’t complain much. (2 messages doesn’t look clean in my opinion)

Summary: Genuinely happy with the platform - my account manager is happy to help me (even if i'm a bit slow at times!), and the service does exactly what I need!

Positive: We wanted to send SMS to large groups of people for marketing, ClickSend is quick to set up, easy and intuitive to use, and when i had questions it was easy to chat 24/7 to their support team, and even set up a call with my account manager within the space of an hour so i go the help I needed very quickly!

Negative: I don't really have any cons as such, I just wish I found it sooner! :)

Summary: Nice product that can help businesses stay in contact with their employees and customers, I like that you can send photos if needed for products to customers.

Positive: Simple to learn, fun to use, engaging for recipients. I like that recipients can reply to messages and have open lines of communication.

Negative: Need to be concise in wording to keep to one SMS or you risk sending multiple texts for just one message.
