Summary: My overall experience was very positive. I was using this to start an SMS marketing campaign for my small business and so far have had very little issues setting it up and using it.

Positive: The product was easy to use, incredibly fast, and did not take much time to setup. Great for starting SMS marketing.

Negative: I think the integration with other services could be better done.

Summary: Very awesome overall, and will continue to use for as long as it stays running. Amazing customer service. You’ve made a customer for life out of me.

Positive: Loved the overall layout and how much I feel like apart of the ClickSend family. Recommend if looking to bulk send messages.

Negative: The one thing that is not amazing but still great is the character limit.

Summary: I am highly impressed by ClickSend and the customer support team. It has lead to increased sales and it is quick and easy to use.

Negative: Initially doubtful of the price but was blown away by the value.

Summary: The best thing ever just give it a try. They have a free trial with zero charge so don’t be shy and give ClickSend a try!

Positive: ClickSend is very easy to use and I think that everyone should be using it. The sign up was very easy and I was using ClickSend right away!

Negative: There is zero flaws in my eyes and I think that there are none.

Summary: Overall, I'd rate this program a 9/10. It really does what it's supposed to and is easy to understand and operate.

I've enjoyed using ClickSend the last couple days, it really makes my life easier.

Negative: -Not any complaints, can be confusing at first but not an issue.

Summary: Very good and professional. Loved lots of features they had to offer.

Positive: Everything was super smooth.
Loved all the features as well as all the ease of access when using. Was amazing.

Negative: Setup was a bit difficult but it was not a problem.

Summary: 100/10 Product would buy it again. I've already told my family and friends about it and they are just as excited about it as me.

Positive: It's so easy to use and there were no troubles whatsoever in the process It made things so easy for me and blew me out of the water with how efficient it was.

Negative: NONE there are no cons this product is so good I'm so glad I purchased this it honestly is life-changing.

Summary: Great experience so far and I would highly recommend if anyone is in need of this give it a go I will definitely purchase again in the near future!

Positive: Amazing time using the item with such nice easy to understand instructions and works like a charm I have zero regret purchasing this and I can see myself purchasing again some time in the future.

Negative: For the price I was a bit concerned but works great I would suggest just be careful as mishaps can happen over all love it!

Summary: I can speak for not only myself, but my coworkers when I say that this is a must have for any office.

Positive: Ever since ClickSend has been introduced at the office I work at, I can say that productivity has increased drastically!

Negative: Friendlier pricing could help it become used in more places.

Summary: I really liked it, they also have a bonus where the first 25 messages are free and the customer service is amazing 5/5.

Positive: ClickSend's interface is very clean, friendly and welcoming. Most importantly it's very easy to understand and read. And most importantly their customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend using this if you're going to be sending bulk messages.

Negative: There is really nothing bad to say. I liked everything about them and this idea.

Summary: Overall, I would definitely recommend this product because its easy to use and understand. The pricing is also fair with few cons.

Positive: Great amount of features, being able to use the API for all these different ways of communication, like SMS and email, are great. Pretty easy to use and understand. Pricing is also fair.

Negative: There really isn't much cons but more features would definitely be better.

Summary: Overall, this is definitely one of my favorite buys. It works exactly how I wanted to, and the quality is amazing. Definitely a 10/10 product, and I can't wait to get more next time I need it!

Negative: The price is very expensive for it; however, you are given great service and it is guaranteed high quality!

Summary: When I installed it, it took me a few minutes to understand everything. It then took a 15 minute meeting to teach everyone how to use the program and how it worked. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the project.

Positive: My team and I have been using ClickSend for almost 2 years now and we have easily adapted and used the product. Sending messages between each other has became EXTREMELY easy and has allowed us to work smarter and faster.

Negative: My team and I haven't ran into any issues that I know of.

Summary: All in all, this company makes my life so much easier, knowing I can keep in touch with customers and staff. I have no problems with them and would highly recommend.

Positive: With ClickSend, it allows myself and my business to send quick and easy messages to customers and each other. It really makes my life easier to have all messaging services in one simple app.

Negative: Honestly, I don’t have a problem with this company, I just love it.

Summary: Overall, this is a great product/ tool that every business should implement to create a seamless chain of communication. It is vital to implement this technology for day to day use!

Positive: ClickSend has been an amazing tool that I use daily! It is super innovative and helps me run the tasks needed to keep my business afloat. Negative: I hope that in the future the tool will be updated to be accessible to a larger audience. I am unsure of what devices can access this tool.
