    Summary: We love Bitrix24, since the platform knows how to efficiently mix many mechanics based on the area of workgroup management and sales records. Thanks to this the work is much more extended by not having to include other software to keep separate information of customers, sales and employees in general.

    Positive: Within this customer relationship management service it is extremely easy to manage workflows within projects, so that they are kept in order and up to date. In Bitrix24 we include all the data collected from sales reports for each of the projects we finish and decide to release, and there have never been any problems with it.

    Negative: Bitrix24 has an integrated human resources manager, but this is very low performance by not allowing us to make extensive graphs, or at least include the absences of each seller, or record all requests that our employees make on the platform. It would be excellent to centralize this information.

This could be due to the fact that bitrix24 has better intranet solutions, which make the process of interconnecting our work channels easier, in order to unify the contact with clients.

    Negative: Within bitrix24 it is not feasible to manage content, as it would be best to import employee content from outside the platform, and focus only on communication and creating boards for discussions where collaboration is needed. This is because bitrix24 works best as a data unifier, and not as a data creation/input system.

On the left side it offers us a panel that provides options for generating workgroups, chats and calls. The option that has been very useful for us is the creation of lists of employees with their contacts.

    Negative: It could be said that it lacks functions as it does not have control management of the content that is trafficked on its platform. In the top bar there is an item that measures the efficiency of the projects, it represents it in percentages, but it is not very accurate to accurately identify the level of efficiency of the projects under development.

We like that it has so many approaches to be applied, as it has tools for CRM and sales, for dealing with human resources, and for creating and modifying project components.

    Positive: Thanks to its function to view human resources reservations we can create work plans for certain extensions based on the availability of certain people, always respecting their working time. With bitrix24's ATS functions we can schedule indefinitely the same work appointment in case we can't make it. Our recommendation about bitrix24 is to learn to familiarize yourself with the task management and activity stream editing functions. These are often the most essential tools to comply with a correct work order without weak points. We recommend reading the platform's automation rules.

    Negative: The webmail service that bitrix24 includes does not perform well when sending mails from more than one account. This may apparently be due to the account authentication errors that the platform launches when the sessions are closed and must enter another account, forcing us to constantly recover passwords.

    Summary: In our experience, Bitrix24 is a solution that has helped optimize the collaboration and the tasks in our company, it is a software that helps us share tasks between one another and communicate easily in our preferred method, it also works as a service that updates frequently the current status of our to-do lists and our projects progresses, maintaining a great timeline that showcases the stage that we are in currently while working on a project, it has solidified our communication and our management of different aspects of the company, organize how to improve customer experience and provide a great support and communication for our clients, figure out different sales strategies and manage the prospects that come everyday into our website, and it has been the most intuitive and collaborative project management solution that we have tried.

    Positive: I like the fact that Bitrix24 has a tool that allows us to manage different types of documents and collaborate on them, it synchronizes with our desktop computers and documents our workflow thanks to its features, as well as integrate it with other third party applications that are cloud based. It also has a great management of workflows thanks to its time tracking tools, it is easy to work on different tasks and calculate the time each of these tasks will take, generate reports that summarize the time management to know how one is doing in this aspect and integrate the calendar to keep my schedule updated in real time, as well as share it with other members to know everyone’s assigned tasks and schedules.
    With Bitrix24, it is very easy to keep track of all the sales that come into the company and get fully detailed reports on them, it is possible to track prospects and know what is interesting to them about our products, and offer them the best solution for them to become an actual purchaser and a current client of us. The collaboration within Bitrix24 is possible thanks to the organization of projects, tasks, the possibility to communicate and choose between calls, messages and video calls to talk about different things, it is a helpful tool to increase the power of multi tasking and work simultaneously alongside other employees to do multiple tasks that are varied and increase our sales and customer experience as a result.

    Negative: Sadly, the customer service and support team is not very reliable, we have tried to reach out to them and they take a while to get back to us, and when they do it usually is something that we already had to figure out on our own thanks to the unresponsiveness of the support team. Also, I think that the different structures that Bitrix24 provides makes it difficult to choose one that will work for the team environment and will really provide the full potential, so it definitely took a little more time to figure out the organization method that really worked for us and figure out how to implement it into our projects and our sales.
