Summary: I've never worked with scheduling software or set up a website before and I was easily able to do both with SimplyBook.me. I was nervous when I began, but it was so easy to set up and use that I feel like a pro. I'm a personal trainer just starting out on my own and I feel confident in this scheduling software. I can focus on training my customers and not worry about getting them scheduled.

Positive: I liked the ease of use and being able to set booking times in as little as 15 minute increments. I liked the instant notification when someone schedules or cancels.

Negative: I couldn't get it to integrate with PayPal business, but I found an easy solution.

Summary: Love it so far and can definitely recommend to others! I have been using for a few months now but I’m planning on using it longterm.

Summary: Overall, my experience with simply book has been very pleasant. I started using this service and me and my team have hardly had problems. The app should be easier to use and have more things that you can do on it.

Positive: I like that we can make teams, different user accounts, intake forms so I know what my clients want before calling them and accepting deposits.

Negative: I don’t like the email add on and the way the schedule looks.

Positive: It's a very flexible system that allows for a lot of customization. It's simple to use and has good reporting capabilities.

Negative: Can be difficult to figure out how to make specific changes.

Summary: I love it! I used it for the holiday season bookings, but plan on using to book from here on out! I will be doing more research to use all functionalities correctly!

Negative: Not so much a con, just was a bit difficult to get used to when fixing the day to day schedules for a service and service provider.

Negative: No real cons - the free plan was pretty basic though so you might as well pay for one of the upgraded plans.

Positive: Simplybook.me is a simple online scheduling appointment software. Highly customisable features. Quickly we can reschedule or cancel the bookings. Automatic email cancellation, conformations and set reminders. Live chat option is also there. Increases productivity. Manage all kinds of events.

Negative: Simply awesome software. Easy to understand and use. No cons.

Summary: Overall we like the system and program but it would be nicer if it was more user friendly. We would also like the ability to personalize things a little more. Send reminders for appointments or comments that would go directly to the person making the appointment. BUT it is so nice and easy for the adopters to use.

Positive: We love that we can use this to make appointments without having to go back and forth with adopters on what works for them versus our schedule.

Negative: The inability to alter the schedule we have with ease. It would be better if we could change the photos used on the booking site that is set up for us.
