tigerlab Description
tigerlab builds insurance software for two audiences. Brokerages run on the tigerlab Broker Management System (BMS). Insurers, MGAs and embedded insurance providers run on the tiger suite (formerly i2go).
The BMS is an insurance agency management system. It holds clients, policies, documents and renewals in one record, manages commissions, schemes and invoicing, and runs compliance checks for each jurisdiction, including sanctions screening. AI extracts data from documents and summarises emails. It connects to market platforms such as BiPRO in Germany and EcoHub in Switzerland.
The tiger suite covers Policy Management, Billing, Claims Management and Distribution Management, used alone or together. Products can be set up without code.
Both product lines are API-first and run in the cloud or on-premises. tiger suite Policy and Claims Management can also run in a customer's own AWS account. tigerlab has SOC 2 Type II attestation and ISO 27001 certification.
