Summary: BambooHR is a good online HR suite that provides all of the basic HR features your company would require, but could improve its interface a little.

Positive: - allows you to see which coworkers are on vacation
- clean UI
- provides place to update personal information as well as input vacation requests
- email notifications available

Negative: - management UI could be better; it can be hard to find your direct report's profile and vacation requests

Summary: Not a terrible HR platform. It did good by us for the time that we used it until we outgrew it. Just didn't do as much as we wanted it to.

Positive: It was fairly easy to use and navigate and is great for a small company just starting out. Loved the ability to see everyone's workaversary.

Negative: Lack of content and extensions. We were unable to keep it since we were growing and needed more capabilities.

Summary: Overall an easy to use platform that integrates easily with our 360 review tool and our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Positive: * Nice org chart views that are customizable

* Easy to request time off

Negative: * Calendar doesn't integrate with Google Calendar or Slack

Summary: It is the best human resources platform on the market right now thanks to its accurate implementation of data in the registry. We have been able to manage each payroll quickly and boldly and all our clients remain confident and confident that the work will be done quickly and excellently.

Positive: BambooHR has helped us with the smooth preparation of payroll for each of our employees without the need for any errors thanks to the implementation of ATS as it allows us to build a better strength in our team.

Negative: They should implement offline work with BambooHR as if we lose connection all the work is lost and we have to edit from scratch. We have also failed to implement the employee check in and check out resource as the remote connectivity fails.

Summary: BambooHR has one of the best capabilities for storing and transporting employee data that we have had the opportunity to exploit. We liked that the service provides customization tools for reporting, so that we can basically apply self-service and the tracking work is automatic.

Positive: BambooHR shows very diverse dynamics in terms of human talent management, which gives us a wide variety of administrative operations of employees, such as the ability to make reports of multiple types of formats, or the possibility of sharing them through various external services, in case they are required in other departments.

Negative: BambooHR does not have sampling tools during the registration and attendance processes at the recruitment stages, so that the files of newly graduated employees never have enough information to avoid having to communicate with them again at the beginning of the first days.

Summary: This platform is amazing, it has allowed us to fit into an unimaginable scenario. Our main goal with BambooHR is to bring automation in the human resources area which leads us to guarantee all the work and peace of mind for our employees that their payrolls are in the best hands. It has helped us to store all of our employee records in a fast, secure and automated way so that we can securely manage all of the workflows that they allow us to do. We also improved our employees' trust in our company with this software.

Positive: This platform has adapted well to our employee system, it is a huge step forward for our company and also allowed us to integrate into a sub SME company we have. It has also allowed us to manage all our employees in a fast, easy and intuitive way. It has ensured that we have a high efficiency for each user that we register and that uses the platform itself. It has also improved our processes in the human resources area.

Negative: It loses a lot of online connection when we have a connection that fails, which sometimes reduces our use and we have to wait for everything to normalize. It should have an integrated option for offline use when we do not have access to the network and when we have access to be able to save the changes. It also needs a version for mobile devices.

Positive: We maintain your own records (whether submitted or uploaded by the company); track vacation time, sick time and work hours earned; at the same time, allow users to easily sign documents electronically; and simplify the HR manager's job. I mean, create records (employees or temporary employees) and make sure all blocks are verified (background, drug test documentation completed correctly and any other documents that need to be signed) within the time before starting work.

Negative: I must create a document stating that my agency employees must ensure that they are removed and that they are responsible for any risk of injury, and that the company and employee agencies are not responsible for any damages that may be caused. The rest of the staffing organization does not need this document, so I still have to print 50 copies, have each employee sign one, then upload it, file it in the employee file in the software, label it, and return the copy to the employees. This really isn't a problem, unless turnover is high, which can be annoying.

Summary: BambooHR is a high end human resource and planning solution, with deep assistance, in terms of remuneration and job management. Again, BambooHR increases the work ethics and satisfaction.

Positive: BambooHR has made employees happy, and all their demands and remuneration requirements are easily sorted. Again, there is the management of recruits, and promotions using BambooHR.

Negative: BambooHR has several procedures, for the program to be effective. The training, be it online or through cloud can be a great thing to help users.

Software is easy to use and customisable features. Its dashboard allows to track pay days, sick leaves, holidays and all.

Negative: The performance of BambooHR tends to be slow when running multiple activities at the same time.

Positive: So incredibly to use for both the user and administrator. The design and look is beautiful and catches the eye. Many features for small and medium companies to use, a great platform to use as an opportunity to step away from paperwork.

Negative: It is only built for small and medium companies, so if you are a big enterprise it wouldn't make sense for you to look into this platform.

Summary: Great experience. Bamboo HR is very responsive, very helpful and very willing to listen to suggestions and then implements them quickly, if possible.
I would highly recommend Bamboo HR because it truly frees you to do your best work!

Positive: If you have never used an HRIS, Bamboo HR will make you feel wonder why you didn't take the leap years ago. If you currently use an HRIS, you will find that Bamboo HR's platform makes is approachable for all employees across the company. You will have a dashboard that puts control in the hands of your employees, freeing you to develop your team and avoid time consuming manual paperwork tasks.

Negative: Bamboo has Marketplace 3rd party applications that tie into Bamboo, but unless it is tied in with two way communication you will still struggle with multiple vendors/websites to accomplish all the work you may want to do. Bamboo is working to incorporate more vertical features so they are directly connected into Bamboo. But if you use a program outside of Marketplace, then you will need to supply the programmers to ensure the coding works. Not impossible just make sure you are aware.

Summary: If it comes to budget cuts this is not a product I would cut out. All our documents are saved within each employee and my filing cabinets are no longer bursting at the seams.

Positive: I love the ease of hiring and the access to posting positions on Indeed. The tracking of days off and vacation are so easy. Changing benefits and the ease of payroll access to Trax is great.

Negative: Wish there was more scheduling access built into BambooHR.

Summary: Overall this is the ONLY HR product that I recommend. It's so much for then an HR tool, It has team building, is performance driven, it has all the "slack" type features for goals, training. BambooHR is a limit less product and the features just keep coming!

Positive: It documents EVERYTHING, and makes information now streamlined so that you and your team are always on the same page without question.

Negative: There are some things that I would love to see on BambooHR it's not exactly a con, just looking forward to a future where there are some more features.
