Summary: We were able to automate the insurance function with human resources and do it quickly as previously it was very cumbersome to deal with these types of cases. We were also able to eliminate a lot of work thanks to the self-service elements we set up with the main BambooHR tool and it is now much easier to send and receive emails. We recommend BambooHR for use in medium to large companies, as it is not cost effective enough in small companies if you don't have a lot of processes to automate. It has helped us make things simpler in a process equivalent to replacing some reports.

Positive: We have improved the sharing option with all our employees and they can immediately update their history with the company through this tool, now everything is more fluid when reviewing documents. We were also able to create the best process already simplified to be able to incorporate new clients to our database.

Negative: It has some limitations with some final reports, we need more detailed analysis when updating, we need you to update that part of BambooHR. In the mobile application there are also some limitations, it is quite disappointing to have to deal with a lot of bottlenecks.

Summary: We were able to achieve total management of all employee information within the records managed by our company, updating the human resources table, time off, sick time, important dates, among others. We are in the full capacity to recommend BambooHR as this software has always been ideal for the administration of information in the human resources area and to keep in a relatively high order all our employees. It's great to have so much confidence in an application that will always deliver, after a few configurations BambooHR synchronizes and gives us the confidence to handle and manage all of our clients' data.

Positive: This platform has a user friendly interface, we love that we can configure in the control panel all the updates of each client and that everyone is kept aware of it thanks to a calendar that we program inside the software. We are able to efficiently keep track of each employee's history so we can see how long they are working, how long they are sick and how much time off each employee is requesting. We have also been able to update each employee's data sheet with email and personal phone number.

Negative: The integration with the mobile app is very inefficient, the functionality is extremely low and tends to hang at least about two or 3 times a day, they should implement an update to fix this kind of glitches. Even with the time we have been using BambooHR we need to make sure that all employee data is entered correctly and accurately as sometimes it does not notify us if there is any kind of error.

Summary: BambooHR is a highly ergonomic platform when it comes to working with large employee databases. We recommend it for more comprehensive roster management and reporting within the human resources (H.H.R.R.) area. We think BambooHR is excellent for keeping track of everything that happens in the recruitment process and automating employee registration operations. It is excellent for tracking the quality of work.

Positive: BambooHR provides an excellent scheme for working with employees, which offers self-service operations so that they can self-manage their processes of sending information about their daily work quality or complaints. BambooHR does extensive time tracking.

Negative: It is difficult to import reports from spreadsheet formats into BambooHR because the software does not have adequate support for working with .xlsx files, which is problematic because this format is almost universal.

Summary: A company necessity. If you're in HR, this will take so much added work off of your load. Everything is user friendly and self explanatory.

Positive: Bamboo is great at keeping all company and employee info all in one place. Any form needed to obtain or to submit is all through the portal, which makes things so easy, quick, and efficient.

Negative: I don't see any flaws with the bamboo software. It does what it needs to do, is user friendly, and works. No need to fix what is not broken! More companies should be using this.

Summary: Overall good app to use for business hiring management and HR relations.I recommend this software for basic level of startups and others who love to connect with jobseekers.

Positive: Pretty good to have app like BambooHR, which is able to connect HR team with hiring clients and employees.

Negative: Needs a few improvements in correlation between jobseekers.

Positive: How easy it was to onboard when I first started at my new job and how to apply for benefits. Simple interface.

Negative: Nothing about bamboo hr that I do not like. Very straightforward.

Summary: I have been impressed with the demo we have done as well as the friendliness of the staff we have worked with, in addition to the user interface.

Positive: I have looked into BambooHR but have not switched yet. We are considering switching due to their easy user-interface. We are currently with a PEO and are wanting to get away from them.

Negative: There really isn't anything I have seen that is a con, just working through the due diligence process.

Summary: Overall this has been great for our company everyones files are all in one place and it is all compared and they are able to view it along with us.

Positive: Before we had a bunch of paper files and couldn't figure out which one of us was doing what now our system with Bamboo is amazing. We can do the hiring and for there an employee is in the system it automatically sends them everything they need to onboard to our company. It was amazingly simple.

Negative: So far no issues the biggest part we had any trouble with was just loading everybody's information up when we were first starting. But you would have to do that with any system.

Summary: Overall it provide good insight of the company people and performance. auto import of excel files for generation of various reports. Mail sms notification helps the employee for attendance records and leave management.

Positive: It covers all the best features of HR related. Complete control on HR management, Payroll Management, Attendance Management. Real time information provide for month wise, day wise and auto generated report. Secure and safe data management.

Negative: Bio-metric devices should be integrated with any specifications.
Outlook integration with one drive support is required.
Calendar integration works fine.

Summary: Every company, at some point in its lifecycle, has to automate its HR tasks in order to remain productive. Bamboo HR helps you achieve just that with very minimal effort.

Positive: - A very rich and robust set of features. It even has individual profiles and pages for all the employees to keep track of their stuff.

Negative: - We have observed no major cons while using this service.

Summary: HR management is also very important in business and good HR management gives a better result for the company. So, we decide to use BambooHR. We use it for applicant tracking and Implementation with business is very easy and it delivers very resourceful data It helps to track employee work and information which helps us easy to understand employee efforts.

Positive: BambooHR helps us to track and recruitment of employees. It has very supportive support services. It gives us an application tracking system. BamoonHR completely takes our workload and gives us as hassle-free experience. The cloud based platform keeps my entire management team on the same page with their employees as well as with the other departments.

Negative: It delivers maore what they promise. Didn't had any bad experience with bamboohr.

Summary: Bamboo is a really nice tool to handle HR matters, communicate with your manager on administrative points, and navigate in the company structure.

Positive: Easy and intuitive, not overloaded with features, nice design. Time-off functionality is really simple and convenient to handle from both sides. Company structure can be viewed as an org chart, which is very helpful to navigate within your team.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind, started to use without any issues, all good.

Summary: We have been using Bamboo for a long time and I have not had an issue.
I like that it shows anniversaries and birthdays which helps remind me! Overall a great product I would recommend.

Positive: Secure login and easy to use from the employee side. Easy to find the information I need and quick feedback from my manager.

Negative: You can see a lot of company details and information which some might find a bit invasive. I have heard from the admin side that it works well but takes a bit to set up.

Summary: Not a terrible HR platform. It did good by us for the time that we used it until we outgrew it. Just didn't do as much as we wanted it to.

Positive: It was fairly easy to use and navigate and is great for a small company just starting out. Loved the ability to see everyone's workaversary.

Negative: Lack of content and extensions. We were unable to keep it since we were growing and needed more capabilities.

Summary: Overall an easy to use platform that integrates easily with our 360 review tool and our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
