    Easy to explain to workforce and the remote i9 was a life saver! I could not imagine not having the i9 option.

    Positive: Remote i9 Verification and user-friendly functionality! When asking workers to onboard or complete their i9, it can be complicated but with WorkBright it is beyond simple and very easy for them to do, saving me time!

    Summary: Excellent experience and a tremendous improvement in our previous process. WorkBright solves the unique challenges we had hiring seasonally in different departments. Although I am not directly involved in onboarding, it is also clear that the system has helped our paperwork process with new hires, or those whose trainings are out of date.

    Positive: Applications are easy to follow even when being reviewed by multiple hiring managers. Notes are easy to input to assist with asynchronous communication.

    Summary: Overall, I would recommend WorkBright for the I-9 function, especially for fully remote organizations. The cost was very competitive, it is easy to use from both an employee and administrator perspective, and the optical reading technology really does help to cut down on errors. The in-person verification (using location technology) is a game changer for our organization.

    Positive: WorkBright's system is very easy to use from both an employee perspective as well as on the admin side as well. The dashboard and reports are easy to use. The in-person verification by an authorized representative (trusted family member or friend over age 18) is a game changer for us as a fully remote organization.

    Negative: I wish that the automated reminder emails, etc would use the employee's preferred name instead of legal name but that might be accomplished if our org purchased the full onboarding module as opposed to only purchasing the I-9 standalone module.
