    Asana in recent years has been the muscle within my company when it comes to managing a project, although it requires previous knowledge to be able to use this platform, it is also true that once the tools have been mastered, all projects can be completed with practically no setbacks, making it possible to obtain good results by having a well-structured team and assigning tasks efficiently. With the integrations, it has allowed me to automate the entire process of being able to connect data without having to transfer from one platform to another, this has helped me to be able to integrate many of the platforms that I currently use to connect them with Asana without leaving my comfort zone with other platforms.

    Positive: * Workflow Builder has allowed other tools to be automated together without the need to use external platforms for integration such as Appy Pie or Zapier, which despite the fact that these platforms that I have just mentioned are very useful within almost any company to automate all the work is also important that each platform can have internal automations as Asana is currently starting to do. With Workflow Builder I can create processes that do pretty much a lot of my work managing a project and it's all done automatically, so I very rarely integrate integration platforms when using Asana as everything can be found right there within their platform.

    * Another tool that has been quite useful to me throughout the use of Asana is Workload since it has allowed me to manage staff or work teams from different projects more easily, I say this because this feature allows me to see the days when people they have workloads and what capacity they have available to assign tasks. A clear example of how Workload has benefited me is that when managing the assignment of a task I can see the availability or workload that each person has and thus not assign more tasks that could lower the performance of a person having tasks that he will not be able to complete due to excessive work, so before assigning a task I go to the Workload panel and thus verify the availability and workload of each one of my work team.

    * Thanks to the hundreds of integrations I can make my job much easier since I don't need to pass data from other platforms to this one to have everything connected (and vice versa) since everything stays interconnected. This has resulted in me counting on being able to have Asana Calendar connected to Google Calendar, so I have more control over my to-dos and other to-do lists. Also, with Adobe Creative Cloud I can facilitate my marketing by being able to have the projects and tasks both in asana and in Adobe Creative Cloud since the information is shared reciprocally.

    Negative: * It is possible to see the list of tasks in a very ordered way, but for me sometimes it is not very useful since I would like to be able to order the tasks by priority and not by completion date.
