Summary: Our general experience was quite good from the first week of using this software, previously we had problems doing large volume projects, since in our company we do quite large projects on a monthly basis. Controlling these projects in general was quite complicated for us to analyze manually, so I am very grateful because this software has supported us at all times and has allowed us to manage projects online, our employees have been able to develop a new collaboration skill in who help each other to complete projects faster. All our employees are comfortable with this platform and we will continue to use it without a doubt, we have completed around 100+ projects using this platform, our company has taken a much more positive course since this platform came to our branches, all the computers have this application installed so that they can develop projects on any of them. In our company the vast majority of employees use this software because in our company we handle a large number of projects monthly, in each area different projects are developed, therefore, having a work area for each sector of our Company, helps our employees develop projects together with their closest colleagues. One of the main things that I loved about this software is that it has an excellent task monitoring system, this monitoring system is capable of detecting all the activities that the employees carry out around the project that is planned, for example, some employee You can develop some action for the project to progress, that would be able to detect this activity and register it within the system so that your activity is accounted for. The monitoring of activities around the projects helps us to know which employee is doing the most to contribute to the success of the project. Another thing that I loved about this software is that I can have real-time monitoring, I can know the activities that the employees are carrying out at a specific time, I can know the progress of each of the projects that are being developed Within my company, I can not only find out about the projects that are being developed by the center of my sector, but I can also see the projects in general. It is also important to mention that I have loved the way in which this software allows me to modify the user interface, this interface is quite interactive, I can mobilize each of the sections so that the view of the projects in general is more attractive and comfortable for me, this interface is totally friendly and allows me to modify it to my liking. Finally, I must also mention that I loved the way communication is highlighted within this software, for example, I can interact with my work colleagues within the Chat of this software, and I can also integrate them as collaborators in some of our projects, when I need help from a specific person, it is only enough to integrate him as a collaborator within the project and he will be able to make changes within our project, without a doubt it is an excellent service to develop projects together.

Negative: Within our experience with Asana, we had some issues or noticed that some features were missing within this software. Our general experience at all times was positive, due to the fact that no functionality of this software provided us or some type of error at some point, however, we believe that some functions are missing so that this software can have greater versatility within our company. One of the main things that is missing in this software is the keyboard shortcuts, currently there are no keyboard shortcuts within this software to be able to move more easily within the platform, in addition to the modification of the projects and the interaction with the themselves would be much easier with keyboard shortcuts, I hope that this system does not simply as soon as possible to make interaction much more feasible within the platform. Another thing that I did not like is that this software does not have any filter to search for a project, in our company, as I mentioned previously, many projects are carried out monthly, and it would be excellent to be able to find a specific one with the help of a search filter. , when I try to search for a project that we have finished or that is in progress, it is a bit complicated since there is no way to filter these projects with any word or with any category, the search is a bit exhaustive because there is no such filter that I mentioned previously. The search system has not directly affected our experience, but we consider that it is a factor that would come in quite handy for the proper development of the platform and to make our work easier.

Summary: Despite the various negatives that Asana has such as the view of projects, the fact that it cannot be modified by search filters, and the fact that it does not have keyboard shortcuts, I still consider it to be a worthwhile piece of software to manage. tasks and subtasks of a company or a labor sector. I'm happy with how Asana works overall, they need to improve a few things to make it a perfect piece of software.

Positive: Projects and task management is something that we have to carry out very carefully, so that everything can go well in our work environment. Asana is great software for managing projects, workflows, and keeping tabs on employee tasks and subtasks. The things I liked the most about Asana are:

- I love the column type mode that gives me a more organized view of all the tasks and project flows. This column-type view makes it possible to visualize in detail each pending task or task that is being carried out, in addition, it also allows me to visualize the projects that are being carried out at a specific time. These columns separate all the tasks from the projects, which adds a little more organization to the information.

- I love the function of adding those responsible for each task and each project. Adding a person responsible for each task has helped me to have control of which employee is performing a specific task, I can have an order in the assignments that I have assigned to each one in the sales sector. This task manager feature helps the manager receive constant notifications when the assignment's due time is approaching.

- The Asana calendar is quite computerized, it shows all the dates in which there are assignments, it shows the due dates of the projects and it also shows the days in which there have been the most assignments. This calendar is quite useful to have an overview.

- I constantly receive alerts when one of the employees is not fulfilling the assignments. These alerts are very useful, they help me keep track of the responsibility of each employee.

- Asana offers a fairly large number of templates for all types of projects, employees should not create a template from scratch, they can use the template from old projects or some template that Asana offers.

Negative: During my experience with Asana, I have noticed two negative factors that are very important to mention so that they are fixed as soon as possible, you need to optimize the factors that I will mention below.

- Asana does not have any type of keyboard shortcuts to favor my mobility within the platform, it would be excellent to be able to move in the sections by pressing a couple of keys, this would help me to review the performance they are having in the subjects faster.

- I cannot filter projects by creation date or by number of participants. All the projects that have been in a company are shown in the same section, they are not separated by completed projects or projects in progress. This complicates the search for a specific project a bit.

- The version for mobile devices is not as optimal as it seems, notifications are not received when an employee has not completed their assignments, notifications are only received on the computer. Also, it's a bit more complicated to create board-like projects on the phone.

Summary: Asana is a project software with great stability, with which there are no problems when working on several projects at the same time, demonstrating how well trained it is. It is very interesting to be able to schedule the process of launching a particular product while laying the groundwork for new projects in the future.

Positive: Asana provides its own project templates with which it is possible to cover all kinds of work situations. By using it, it is possible to create online meetings to keep the group work coordinated and on a better basis, and to review feedback patterns with the customers of our product, for future plans.

Negative: The dashboard where we usually place our information about the follow-up processes to the errors that appear during the work cannot be connected to other dashboards of different themes once it has been created, which limits a little the way in which we can visualize the data of each part of the project.

Summary: Asana seems like an incredible platform to me. This platform has several negative points in its free trial version and also in the functional notification system in the modifications of the projects, however, I consider that my experience has been sufficiently complete to exceed my expectations. Asana has allowed me to create a large number of projects simultaneously, I have also been able to count on the help of my work colleagues to be able to complete projects more quickly thanks to the excellent collaborator system that Asana has. I thank Asana for keeping me more consistent in the administration and completion of projects, thanks to this platform we have been able to finish projects in less time.

Positive: There are several features that I love about Asana, because this is a platform that has given us excellent project management and has been very stable in the development of each project as a group. The positive characteristics that have attracted my attention the most about Asana are:

- Asana has excellent synchronization and integration with the Google Calendar service, which helps us a lot since this way we can have a more exact planning in the projects that we are developing, and we can be more attentive to the delivery date of each project.
- Asana's user interface is fully customizable, thanks to its function of changing views, it allows modifying each of the sections in each work area and it also allows modifying the colors of the interface of each user, in order to to provide a better user experience that is much more comfortable.

Negative: Asana has a very limited free trial, which causes new users to feel a bit uncomfortable when carrying out projects within this platform. Currently, the Asana free trial does not allow the user interface to be modified in the same way as the paid version, as there are few colors that can be placed and there is also a limit of sections that can be mobilized. In addition, the notification system for project editing that has existed is very deficient, since it sends very few notifications when a user or project collaborator has modified the project in some way.
