Summary: Handling growing order numbers for a wide number of applications, from prototyping to large-scale production, is no longer as overwhelming as it had been previously. At the end of the day, the work environment is more relaxed and our varied operations are much more manageable.

Positive: Keeping our 3D printing processes structured from A-Z is critical for us as we operate on a broad scale and it's easy to lose track of individual orders. I can highly recommend AMFG to manage critical parts and meet lead times. The system’s security measures are great and we feel that our digital assets are safe.

Negative: Sometimes bugs in the system can cause slow rendering speeds and cause delays in our production. AMFG does fix these quickly after being reported.

Summary: I feel the system has improved our production timelines and made managing regulatory requirements simpler. It’s a real time-saver when it comes to handling orders and tracking parts.

Positive: I have found the automation in AMFG really useful for speeding up our workflows. Another issue is the lack of read-only access and control over changes. We can track changes but can’t prevent them, which can be risky.

Summary: I've played around on other systems before, but AMFG still proves to be the best at streamlining our order management. With everything in one place, tracking orders and managing production is so much better. The real-time updates and automation features are also great to have.

Negative: Some features take patience and learning and that doesn’t always go down well with all the employee. We have learnt though that once you get the hang of the system and all it’s bells and whistles, they are actually invaluable.

Summary: Software make tracking jobs better. It improves job tracking, simplifies stock control, and assists with special orders.

Positive: AMFG very good for see where production job is and manage custom orders. Quick progress show if tool break early, so we can fix and move jobs without big problem. We put files inside and control stock easy, save much time.

Negative: Setup and keeping system good is big problem. To put machine in and make settings is too complicated, easy to make mistake, not so easy to fix.

Summary: Great system for speeding up your quoting process and closing more deals. AMFG is the way to go here as it has made us more efficient and increased our sales.

Positive: The instant quoting part of AMFG is really great. I like that AMFG helps me send quotes automatically, which I have seen lets us win business faster than our competitors. I also think a great feature of theirs is the option to set pricing parameters based on materials, labour, and complexity, it keeps our ordering process more organised and works great for our analytics as well.

Negative: There’s a learning curve for setting up pricing rules, but it is eventually worth it.

The messaging system is another feature I really appreciate, it's so convenient for communicating directly with suppliers, reducing the need for constant email exchanges. Additionally, the integration with FedEx, UPS, and DHL has made the shipping process smoother, particularly with automated label generation and parcel tracking.

Negative: There’s a gap between what users expect from AMFG and what it actually delivers, which has led to some frustrations. I will start this by saying that managing expectations with this platform can be tricky. Many people assume certain features are included, but then they’re disappointed when they find out they’re not. Another challenge I’ve encountered is the lack of control over changes. While we can track them, there’s no ability to prevent changes, which can create risks, especially with sensitive production data.

Summary: What a system! Myself and my team appreciate how AMFG has consolidated so many parts of our on-demand manufacturing process. While the functionality is incredibly powerful, it can feel like there’s almost too much to manage initially. Fortunately, AMFG’s support team is very responsive and provides solid hands-on help, which makes the transition smoother, but it’s still something to keep in mind.

Positive: AMFG has made quoting faster and more accurate. We can manage quote requests really well with AMFG. I also like that I create work plans and even provide instant quotes to customers through our website. The custom quoting rules for difficulty and amount are also great.

Negative: The system feels outdated and need more modern features. It still works well but I would like a redesign.
