Positive: I have been in the manufacturing industry for many years, more than two decades to be exact, and I must say that AMFG’s system is one of the best quality assurance tools I have ever encountered. I have not come across another system that can manage post-processing and quality assurance from a single platform the way AMFG does it. Our quality assurance process has improved significantly and continues to do so the more we make use of the system.

Negative: Some users required a bit more training than others as the system felt overwhelming for them. There is much to learn about the system that can be a drawback for those who are not fast learners of new software.

Summary: The integration options have assisted us in automating data transfer. This has not only saved us time but provided us with access to vital tools and information throughout our process. Although support is needed occasionally, the system has proven to be beneficial for our business and I would recommend it as beneficial to other enterprises.

Positive: I run a rather large enterprise and was in dire need of software that could integrate with our business’s existing ERPs and PLMs. AMFG meets the requirements we have as it allows for automated data transfer based on logical rules. Automated data transfer through the system saves you valuable time and resources that you would not believe. After using the system for some time now, I have seen the benefits of their push data capabilities as well, as it allows you to easily access information about orders, pricing, delivery and many other sections of your process.

Negative: It’s not often, but we have had one or two cases where we wanted to set up an API integration and we need to contact support to assist us. This can be frustrating when you are on a time crunch.

Summary: I can’t believe what a positive change AMFG has made to our business in regards of management and effectivity.

Positive: I am someone who likes to have things well organised so that I can manage them better, and AMFG meets my needs with that. Having the ability to manage all my orders and automate my outgoing quotes has meant that I can manage my business better and there are less likely to be human errors during one of the most important phases in our process.

Negative: There are a few small things here and there that we would like to see updated, but nothing that doesn’t allow us to still work effectively.

Summary: I find AMFG very user-friendly and can create workflows without having as much technical knowledge as my colleagues.

Positive: I’ll be honest, I’m not the most tech-savvy person, so when we got going on AMFG I was worried about setting up the automation process. But let me tell you, it’s been a lifesaver for me. The AMFG team made it super easy for us and I can choose from a variety of automation workers and create custom flows without any hassle.

Negative: The software comes at a hefty price, but it’s understandable once I got to know all the features it offers.

Summary: I am happy with AMFG, the system has simplified how we support our production line and it releases us from worries.

Positive: AMFG has made a massive difference to our company. Even though we can go through unexpected breakdowns, as I am sure any other company has experienced, we can continue to run our operations smoothly because AMFG helps you to quickly complete reprints by automatically scheduling them. We never have to worry about forgetting to send parts back to reprint now.

Negative: We have not had any problems with AMFG as of yet. So far, so good.

Summary: AMFG’s system has helped us to meet our deadlines and has proven to be reliable software. With a few tweaks in the customer support division, it would be an even better system.

Positive: The way we manage our critical parts has been transformed since using AMFG. There are many great features the software offers, however, for us, the automatic rescheduling tool is one of our highest-ranked features. AMFG also gives you peace of mind because their security measures are well up there, which has been extremely important to us considering the confidentiality of the information we sometimes handle.

Negative: I have had some difficulty now and then getting hold of customer support.

Summary: Overall I am very happy with AMFG. I make use of data analysis tools often to ensure I am making valuable decisions for my company.

Positive: AMFG helps you manage your production processes and, for us, it's been a game-changer. We work with weapon systems so meeting strict quality regulations is a must for us. Their digital inventory also makes it much easier to ensure that the same build parameters are being used for each and every part.

Negative: They do not have remote access options. I travel often and this would be great for me to keep track of my production line.

Summary: I find AMFG has a lot to offer, perhaps too much more than what we need at this stage. Their customisation options make it easier for me to manage this. Very happy.

You can track processes, making sure that production is well planned and deadlines are always met when they are meant to be.

Negative: There are many features that we do not use and find unnecessary for our manufacturing process.

Summary: I have seen a significant ROI since implementing AMFG. And i was happy to get to a point where we could afford AMFG and since then it has helped our business grow.

Positive: Meeting deadlines is something that I do not mess around with. It is important for me that our clients get their products when we promised them. With AMFG you can assure that tight deadlines will always be met because their software streamlines your production and processes, as well as ensuring that there is traceability across the whole workflow. We always know exactly where we are at with each production job, each and every time.

Negative: I would like to have more reporting options on certain phases of our production process, but this isn't a 'problem' really.

We have a long list of products that are very different from each other and keeping on top of the process required for each can be challenging when dealing with multiple large orders. AMFG’s production planning, auto-scheduling and tracking features have helped us to handle our increasing demands more easily.

Negative: The speed of the system has been challenging at times, but the team does respond quickly when we report it.

Positive: I won’t lie, I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to production management - I like everything to be in line all the time. AMFG is my go-to system for managing scheduling, post-processing, compliance checks, shipping…the list goes on. n. It’s satisfying to have it all under one digital system.

Negative: I find the system requires a high level of technical knowledge to operate certain parts of it, which some of my staff battle with.
