Summary: AMFG has been a great addition to our CNC machining needs. The system has incredible features that have not only assisted my business in working more efficiently but have also been a part of the reason our revenue has grown.

Positive: I can't believe how streamlined the RFQ response is with AMFG. Their fast quoting feature on the website instantly provides accurate quotations based on CAD details and real-time inventory.

Negative: Initially, I encountered a few challenges with the introduction of AMFG. However, as time progressed, all these issues were successfully resolved.

Summary: Overall the system can be beneficial when used to its full potential. It needs some work here and there, however when weighing the pros and cons of other systems as well, AMFG came on top.

Positive: AMFG streamlines serial production by allowing you to set production parameters and part specifications to ensure that there is consistent part reproducibility during serial printing.

Negative: The platform fails to display ordering parts in a table. During the demo, the system exhibited significant slowness, which hindered our experience.

Summary: We have been using AMFG since 2019 and it has proven to be a useful system for monitoring our processes. We tried some other systems before AMFG and this was the only one we tried that fit our AM needs at this stage.

Positive: I personally like the layout of the software and that for the most part, the system is user-friendly for most of our employees.

Negative: We recently received a server error when we tried to search for the customer project ID on the catalog.

Summary: AMFG is well suited for the automotive industry, even if you do not have a great focus on additive manufacturing. The system caters to the need for reliable manufacturing processes and precise management for certain areas. It ensures efficient delivery, and detailed tracking, and maintains high standards of quality through continuous monitoring and analysis, facilitating ongoing enhancements.

Positive: AMFG exhibits a high level of rationality and user-friendliness, aligning closely with established norms and protocols in the automotive industry.

Negative: We encountered an issue when attempting to generate a new template using HTML code, with error codes popping up.

Summary: AMFG has provided a great software for additive manufacturing. Our company has seen the benefits and we are happy to learn more about AMFG and use more features in the future.

Positive: Planning my production line have become more streamlined, we no longer miss orders or leave our clients waiting when failed parts happen. 2. Many of the activities we must do is now automatic, like when we have to confirm if our 3D prints are correct, check materials are too many and even do orders.

Negative: The pricing is to many, but okay for what we get in the system, we just don’t use everything. 2. The setup of the system takes much time out of your days in the beginning, it would help if they had an quicker way to do setups.

Summary: I like the system. It offers us all the tools we need to run production smoothly and we honestly have never found another system that matches our needs the way AMFG does. I highly recommend the system.

Positive: How easy it is to receive orders and quote for them, the way we can manage our small inventory with ease and carry out our deliveries all from one system.

Negative: Besides the cost of the system, I can honestly say that I have nothing bad to say about AMFG.

Summary: As someone who has had to adjust to new technologies I found AMFG useful and easy to understand after having completed some training. The system has great benefits and any company needing to manage their additive manufacturing better would find this system beneficial too.

Positive: AMFG's quality assurance features have truly been a blessing for streamlining the part certification process in additive manufacturing.

Negative: This may just be a personal letdown, I find the platform's analytics tools offer powerful insights.

Summary: At our company, we specialize in 3D printing parts and prototypes for businesses that are working on developing physical products. We offer a range of services that cater to their need, helping them bring their designs to life. With AMFG we are able to deliver high-quality and accurate parts that meet the specific requirements of each project.

Positive: I like that the online ordering portal is user-friendly, making file upload and quote generation easy enough for our employees and clients to make use of. We have been able to reduce our lead times and minimize delays with AMFG’s printing and post-processing management tools. The system has a great serial production feature which enables us to achieve remarkable production capabilities on large orders.

Negative: As of yet we have not run into any major issues while using AMFG other than one or two bugs we encounter that were resolved quickly.

Summary: In my honest opinion, AMFG has proven to be an invaluable asset to our company's additive manufacturing efforts. The online ordering portal has truly revolutionized our quoting process, enabling us to handle even the most intricate projects with flexibility and efficiency. The serial AM production feature has played a pivotal role in ensuring consistent part quality across our various production sites.

Positive: First and foremost, the intuitive online ordering portal has made it incredibly convenient to upload custom CAD files and swiftly generate accurate quotes. This seamless process has undeniably enhanced our overall user experience. Additionally, the platform's capability to track and coordinate post-processing activities has brought about a significant boost in our productivity levels. We no longer experience the disruptive delays that plagued us before. The ability to draw insights from machine data has provided us with a wealth of valuable information, allowing us to make well-informed decisions regarding our additive manufacturing operations.

Negative: The graphical user interface elements sometimes get cut off within the iFrame, impacting the overall visual experience and usability. Enhancements in this area would greatly improve the user-friendliness of the platform.

Summary: The system has been relatively easy to use, but I still have a lot to learn. Overall I am impressed with what AMFG has done for me and my business.

Positive: I like that I can track every order in real-time and make informed decisions based on live insights. As a small business, the investment into AMFG has been worth it as it has helped my business grow. I enjoy being able to analyse how effective my operations are and finding spaces where I can improve.

Negative: The system is very expensive for me as a small business. But now that I have seen growth and better management, it will eventually pay off.

Summary: I am impressed with the options available that simplify our management process and we have massively reduced the number of errors since integrating more software with AMFG.

Positive: I’m the type of person who likes to plan things effectively so that I know my business is managed correctly. So, when I heard that AMFG would be able to integrate with our ERP system, I was sold. I appreciate that I can manage our inventory, production and our supply chain.

Negative: I can not think of anything. I’ve been happy overall with AMFG.

Summary: I’m happy my company is using AMFG and that we have eliminated the need for multiple tools and systems to manage different stages of our product development.

Positive: I just love how AMFG integrates with our PLM software. It makes it so much easier to manage our product lifecycles and I love that I can also easily manage other aspects of our products from design down to delivery.

Negative: The system's customisation process was very complicated for me and some of my team members at first because there are just so many features available. But the AMFG team are polite when I feel I’m asking too many questions.

Summary: The system is beneficial for identifying and resolving production issues. Efficiency is improved overall. I highly recommend AMFG as a machine connectivity solution.

Positive: I find myself to be a bit of a control freak. With AMFG’s ability to monitor machines in real-time and gain full visibility and process control, I have been able to identify and resolve production issues quickly and stay in control while doing so. The historic and live machine data is extremely useful for identifying bottlenecks and optimising processes. My efficiency is constantly improving as well with the feedback data loop.

Negative: I have nothing to complain about. I'm just looking forward to the new features in the coming months, as I have requested one.

Summary: Good for big business. I like AMFG because it help us with smaller tasks and also larger data operations.

Positive: AMFG software good for big companies because of options of send data to other software. It saves time and money. It has also payment options and good data management. Good for many business.

Negative: Take a long time to set up. It is not an easy process, however it is very stable when installed. No problems otherwise.

Summary: I am truly happy with AMFG, especially the integration options and the ability to create new integrations with third-party software.

Positive: I was pleasantly surprised by the range of integrations offered by AMFG and how easy it was for me to connect it to some of the software we are using, like CAD and some of our CRM tools.

Negative: There are one or two of our other software’s that do not integrate with AMFG, but it’s not a major train smash.
