Positive: The best part of AMFG is definitely its auto-quotation feature. We’ve secured loads of job opportunities that depended entirely on how quickly we responded to the customer’s RFQ. Managing orders and tracking production is much easier and more efficient, and our deadlines are met.

Negative: We have no cons for AMFG, we are happy with everything.

Summary: Since using AMFG our clients are happier - they know what stage their orders are at and that everything is going as planned. We’re excited to keep using this tool and to see what benefits it brings to us.

Positive: Since implementing AMFG, the biggest thing that we’ve noticed is that our relationship with our customers has significantly improved. We’ve been able to provide greater clarity to clients who have high-stakes orders, and can let them know with more certainty when their orders will be completed. This has avoided confusion and really helped our customer base to build greater trust in our capabilities. It’s been great.

Negative: We need training on some of the features as many are quite complex.

Summary: AMFG has been the best system for us to optimise our manufacturing operations. We are excited to see where its functionality takes us going forward.

Positive: Using AMFG has helped us immensely with managing our production process. The dynamic scheduling options are incredibly helpful, as they allow us to prioritise production jobs and assign work based on machine availability. We can optimize our print builds and set optimal build parameters with the integrated build preparation feature, which also allows for repeatable AM production.

Negative: None. AMFG meets our needs and expectations. We are happy with it.

Summary: AMFG has been valuable to our business; I’m sure it would also be valuable to other businesses looking to become more organised.

Positive: AMFG has detailed reporting on production data, costs, success rates and so much more. It has helped us to improve business by identifying areas for improvement. Sharing this information with our staff through their authorised user levels has increased our internal viability, too.

Negative: Extensive training was needed to get our team on board.

Summary: We’ve definitely seen improvements in the way we run our business since starting with AMFG. We hope that they’ll expand the scope of their integrations going forward.

Positive: Using AMFG, our communications are more structured, and our workflow is almost unified due to the integration options though there could be more options available. AMFG provides us with production data and analytics which allows our team to make informed decisions going forward.

Negative: The integration options that are available now may not meet all of our business needs in the future.

Summary: For companies with big clients, this system makes it easier to have straightforward and clear customer communications, ensuring that important clients will keep coming back.

Positive: AMFG proved extremely valuable to us when a highly-ranked client of ours placed a large order. We were really grateful for the system's ability to track every activity during the production process, as it allowed us to closely monitor our production progress. The order went really successfully, and the client even referred us to a few other businesses later on. AMFG has provided us with a tool to clearly communicate with our clients and keep them up to date on their order. Their understanding of the process is much better and they know exactly when to expect their product to be delivered.

Negative: Besides a few complications with implementing the software, it’s hard to think of anything worth mentioning.

Summary: AMFG has a lot of strong points, especially when it comes to automating tasks and improving efficiency, but getting everything up and running isn’t exactly straightforward. The automation features have made a huge difference for us, but actually fine-tuning the system to fit our needs has taken more effort than we expected. For smaller teams, it can feel overwhelming trying to fully utilize everything it offers because of the setup involved. It’s a powerful platform, but making the most of it definitely requires time and patience.

Positive: One of the biggest advantages of AMFG is how much easier it’s made handling customer orders. We can process them faster and cut down on delays, which has been a game-changer. Keeping track of everything from start to finish is another huge benefit, it gives us full oversight of production, which is critical in our industry. Since staffing shortages are a constant challenge, having a system that takes care of repetitive tasks has been a massive help. On top of that, the digital workers fill in the gaps where needed, making our daily workflow feel much smoother.

Negative: The setup process has been the most frustrating part—it’s not something you can just install and use right away. Some parts of the system, like the part and item tracking in the Build section, don’t feel as connected as they should be, which makes navigating it more complicated than necessary.

Summary: AMFG has brought value to our operations, it’s been useful in helping us stay organized, and I do think it has a lot of potential. I would recommend based on its strengths.

Positive: AMFG has definitely made some parts of my work easier. Keeping track of timelines is crucial so there scheduling tool was one of the main features we knew would assist with the challenges we were experiencing. This feature has definitely helped reduce the back-and-forth emails and last-minute adjustments we used to struggle with. It has also helped us track inventory levels and upcoming orders with better accuracy. It’s a lot easier to spot potential shortages compare to our previous system that did not offer features to manage this. I also like that I can share updates and documents directly within the platform has helped keep communication more centralized. It was a headache to previously have to dig through endless email just to find project details or updates from the team.

Negative: Response times from support could be faster. We sometimes wait longer than 24 hours for a resolution on a support query.

Summary: I love how seamlessly AMFG connects with other solutions and how it has made our financial management easier.

Positive: When I tell you AMFG has made my life so much easier, I mean it. This has mainly been because I can connect AMFG to my accounting software, and with that possibility, I do not have to worry about managing my accounting process manually.

Negative: AMFG’s software is expensive, but it is an investment considering all that we have achieved with it.

Summary: AMFG enables me to provide a better customer experience for my business and we have seen an overall improvement in the process.

Positive: Honestly, our customer relationship management has improved so much since I implemented AMFG in my business. Because AMFG integrates with our CRM software, I manage our customer data with ease. The best part about this is that I can personalize customer interactions.

Negative: Production has been interrupted before because of software bugs. It didn’t take long for them to sort it out but it can be frustrating.

Summary: Our whole team loves this product. It has features unlike any other, making it a real standout. My favourite feature is the autonomous workflow.

Positive: I love the autonomous workflows that AMFG provides us. It’s so cool that I can choose from a wide range of automation workers and create unique automation recipes that suit our business needs. I have been able to share them with other users which is great because I can experiment with different automation until I find what works.

Negative: AMFG’s software is mostly reliable, but on rare occasions, bugs might cause production disruptions. But the team are quite quick to sort those out.

Summary: AMFG has been a reliable solution for our AM processes. We save time and money and that's vital for any business.

Positive: You can easily replace critical components by remanufacturing the CAD files stored in their digital inventory. You can streamline your processes with their order management functionalities. You can save time and money by printing replacement parts quickly. This and much more can be achieved for any company. We create defence equipment and AMFG provides all we need to get our projects completed on time.

Negative: It took my team some time to get used to the system, however, AMFG provides great training.

Summary: AMFG has increased our productivity and efficiency while still giving us peace of mind that our data is safe.

Positive: Keeping our 3D printing processes structured from A-Z is critical for us as we operate on a broad scale and it's easy to lose track of individual orders. I can highly recommend AMFG to manage critical parts and meet lead times. The system’s security measures are great and we feel that our digital assets are safe.

Negative: Sometimes bugs in the system can cause slow rendering speeds and cause delays in our production. AMFG does fix these quickly after being reported.

Summary: Our clients are happy, and we are happy too. This is a solution that is definitely worth investing in.

Positive: From the moment a customer places an order, AMFG handles everything. It tracks every step of the production process for us so that we can keep tabs on its progress and keep our customer service slick. We no longer have to worry about where an order stands - AMFG takes control of everything. Plus, with the collaboration feature, internal and external communications can be managed easily.

Negative: We can’t think of any cons for AMFG. We are truly happy with their system.

Summary: We can focus on other aspects of our business that need attention now that we have eliminated the pressure of our increased demand. AMFG has seriously been invaluable.

Positive: The auto-scheduling feature of AMFG has been a lifesaver for our business. We’re currently going through a period of growth, but we’re struggling to manage production now that so many customers are ordering from us. AMFG has made our production process more streamlined - we feel more in control and handle our demands a lot more efficiently.

Negative: Some of the features look complex and we are not sure if they all meet our needs.
