Summary: Since using the system we have lost fewer clients and have had more successful deals. Though implementing the software took a long time, we are now feeling the benefits of having done so.

Positive: AMFG has been a powerful system for reducing churn rates and improving customer relationships in our business, especially because we were desperate for a system that could help us do this. With the system, we can send out accurate quotes based on project requirements and offer competitive pricing to our clients.

Negative: The setup of the system took longer than we would’ve liked. It would be useful to have a quicker and easier setup process.

Summary: On the whole, we are thoroughly impressed with AMFG. It’s helped our business to avoid problems we would never have been able to see coming before.

Positive: AMFG has impressive tracking features that allow us to monitor every step of our production process. Their real-time updates on the progress of each job have been a game-changer for us. We can also identify potential issues before they become big problems, which has proven really valuable to us on a number of occasions.

Negative: It is not as customizable as we would like and need for our business. We have a very diverse customer base which can make our day-to-day operations quite variable - accounting for this in AMFG has been a bit of a challenge.

Summary: AMFG has significantly improved our manufacturing process. As a growing business, this is just what we needed to help manage our production.

Positive: AMFG is incredibly user-friendly. It provides you with complete traceability for varying part categories. You can easily monitor production in real time. You can always ensure that your production is progressing smoothly. You can produce parts more efficiently and reliably.

Negative: Using AMFG can be a learning curve and not as user-friendly as I expected. We do manage well regardless.

Summary: There is still a lot we can learn about AMFG and can definitely use the system better. But we are happy with what we have learnt and the difference it has already made in our business. Definitely earns a thumbs up from us.

Positive: As part suppliers, AMFG’s on-demand ordering feature has been a great addition for our business. Being able to save production parameters for repeat orders reduces the time and effort we spend, and tracking production during our full process helps our business to stay organised.

Negative: We initially struggled to use the system effectively, although the AMFG team did assist us.

Summary: I find AMFG’s data visualization tools have helped me to identify areas I can improve in my business.

Positive: AMFG has been a lifesaver for me because they provide complete traceability for varying part categories. Being in the automotive industry, with lots of varied components which hold importance at different stages of assembly, it's important that I can easily monitor production in real-time and ensure everything progresses smoothly at every step of the way.

Negative: The system is quite expensive and we are unable to integrate AMFG with all our other software yet.

Summary: I am very satisfied with AMFG. Their customer support is helpful too. I am sure our business will be taking another step in the right direction.

Positive: AMFG would be a great asset to any aerospace-based company like ours. It can manage all the critical parts which give you assurance when it comes to quality regulations. This is managed with the automatic rescheduling tool, which works best for failed parts. When working with sensitive client data, we have full confidence in their security measures.

Negative: I would’ve liked to have more customization options within the system.

Summary: Definitely worth it - we can work quickly and efficiently without worrying about making mistakes at all.

Positive: It’s almost embarrassing to admit it, but we were losing out on a lot of customers because we kept making seemingly tiny mistakes - things like pressing a 2 instead of a 3 and misquoting a job as a result. AMFG is really helpful for avoiding things like this; because everything is automated, there are fewer opportunities for us to slip up. The quotes interface is also great as all the information we need for planning is all there.

Negative: We were hesitant to start with AMFG as the system seemed pretty complex. Though it definitely has been challenging at times getting to know the software, we are learning slowly.

Summary: I personally like that AMFG provides updates on valuable features. The system has improved with time and we have definitely been seeing and feeling the difference.

Positive: I have tried and tested many systems to make our digital transformation seamless and AMFG was by far the best option for my business. One of the best features is that it allows you to connect with OEMs, suppliers, and sub-contractors for distributed, rapid, on-demand manufacturing.

Negative: The system has not presented any problems for us yet.

Summary: I’m someone who doesn’t usually get excited about data, but AMFG has turned me into a believer. It’s a great system and provides great insights.

Positive: AMFG has honestly been so helpful so far. We love that it turns data into easily accessible “insights” - we’ve used this feature a lot to make changes to the production process. We can keep track of customer needs, and make sure that any important considerations are not missed. The tool to track failed versus completed production jobs is also really useful for us.

Negative: It took us some time to learn how to use some of the features, but it was definitely worth it once we did.
