Zemam is a comprehensive, cloud-centric ERP solution designed specifically for small and medium enterprises in Egypt and the MENA region, focusing on Arabic users. Its infrastructure is built on a robust IFRS-compliant, double-entry accounting system that seamlessly integrates Egyptian VAT and direct e-invoicing through the Egyptian ETA, while maintaining a full audit trail. The retail and restaurant point-of-sale (POS) system operates entirely offline and synchronizes automatically, ensuring that sales operations remain uninterrupted. Inventory management is flexible, allowing for costing methods like WAC or FIFO, and includes tracking for batches and expiry dates across various warehouses and branches.
