Description

MyMonitor365 is a cloud-based uptime and infrastructure monitoring platform designed to help organizations proactively monitor critical systems, detect outages quickly, and maintain reliable IT operations. The platform provides comprehensive monitoring capabilities for websites, REST APIs, servers, SSL certificates, DNS records, TCP ports, network devices, email systems, backups, and Microsoft 365 services from one centralized dashboard. MyMonitor365 uses global monitoring agents across multiple geographic regions to verify service availability and reduce false positives caused by localized network disruptions. The platform supports smart alerting with configurable thresholds, escalation policies, maintenance windows, and real-time notifications delivered through email, SMS, webhooks, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, and other integrations. MyMonitor365 also includes advanced security and compliance features such as SSL/TLS inspection, DNS hijacking detection, two-factor authentication, audit logging, and keyword monitoring for validating application responses and service behavior. Managed service providers can use white-label monitoring features to oversee client infrastructure, voice systems, Microsoft 365 environments, Exchange servers, and backup systems from one platform. The system provides detailed incident timelines, root cause analysis tools, and compliance-focused activity tracking to help IT teams troubleshoot issues more effectively and maintain operational transparency. MyMonitor365 is built to support IT departments, MSPs, and growing businesses that need reliable visibility into infrastructure performance, service availability, and operational health.
