    Summary: It's been 1 year since we've been with Uptime.com. We are very comfortable and happy with the tool. and we are continuing with this further with increased monitors count.

    Positive: - User Friendly UI, which is easy to understand and easy to configure
    - Quick response from the Support team on the user issues
    - Best Pricing compared to other tools which is budget friendly
    - Capability to integrate with multiple tools like PagerDuty
    - They are providing their best. We requested for Transaction checks increase, along with that we received Reports and Dashboards too.

    Negative: - I couldn't find any drawbacks, we received more than the requested.

    Summary: Overall, Uptime.com is a brilliant and exceptional tool for real-time monitoring and it is very easy to learn and understand. I love how it provides insights into loading time of our website and i like that i can easily set up and customize my own monitoring tests.

    Positive: Uptime.com is an amazing, excellent and exceptional tool for real-time monitoring. I like how it offers a wide range of monitoring, page performance monitoring, synthetic monitoring and response time monitoring. The user interface is very easy, straightforward and simple to use and also the pricing model is very fair thus making it affordable.

    Negative: One of the challenges is the mobile application on iPhone which doesn't allow editing checks. Apart from this nothing much to mention that require improvement.
