When linked with an integrated Simplii CRM, all relevant data, including call history, call recordings, SMS messages, call dispositions, and notes, are recorded in real-time, synchronizing effortlessly with your CRM. Simply connect your CRM account to Fusion, and you'll see the logs being updated automatically, enhancing your workflow and communication efficiency.
