Simplii Description

Simplii's click-to-call feature allows you to quickly go from browsing the internet and call someone by clicking one button. Once you enable this feature, any phone number that appears in your Chrome browser will be clickable. Any incoming call to your phone will be displayed across all tabs of your Chrome browser using our Fusion extension. Screen Pops allow you to respond to calls, reject them, or send text messages. You can also transfer calls or place them on hold from your screen. Screen Pops also allow you to enter notes and contact information directly into the screen. This information is immediately saved onto your contacts. All call history, call recordings and SMS messages are recorded in real-time to any Simplii CRM. Simply connect to Fusion to view the logs automatically.

    Summary: Terrible! Difficult to understand techs, they send emails that problems are resolved when they continue to reappear, beginning another provider trial instead of changing and finding another problem but definitely leaving Simplii.

    Positive: WHEN it works that it logs calls in my CRM. I have client photos in my CRM that pop up when they call, makes me feel like I am talking directly to them.

    Negative: It DOESN'T work!!!! They will troubleshoot for an hour and less than 24 hrs it won't connect again, they swear it isn't their side. They are doing updates which is making it incredibly worse. DON'T do it!!!!!

    Summary: Zero stars. This app doesn't work. The devs and support are clueless. An absolute nightmare experience.

    Positive: It had to take more effort to fail this hard than to "Simplii" make a product that works. Oh, the irony.

    Negative: For such a simple app, these devs clearly have no idea what they're doing. I never know from minute to minute if my business phone is able to make and receive calls and texts or not. Support is clueless. They had to build a clear cache button into the app as a last resort and even that doesn't work right. My $2M+ business is currently dead in the water with no response from support.
