Positive: We have a garment business and we faced a lot of problems handling our clients. Calilio’s call queue and music on hold features have solved our problem. Also, Calilio provides call recording features and also has analytics from where we can track our growth as well.
Negative: So far, i don't actually have any dislikes of this product. It is helping my business vary well.

No responsibility for a misrepresented product Date: Oct 28 2025
Summary: I purchased a USA phone line along with an Ireland virtual number with SMS. After an hour on tech support, I was informed that the Ireland number does not support SMS although the Calilio website says it does. I was informed the website was not correct. I requested a full refund the same day, and I was only issue a partial refund. Calilio stated that $8.10 were third-party charges and I am not entitled to a refund even though their website information was false. Where is the responsibility from Calilio?
Positive: nothing really, their website stated false information and Calilio did not take appropriate action in refunding my purchase.
Negative: really bad customer support over chat. they simply follow scripts and do not pay attention to what is being communicated.
