Festival Management
Eventist takes charge of the logistical aspects of festivals, going beyond just ticket sales. Create complex schedules for multiple days and stages while the system automatically identifies any performer conflicts prior to finalizing the lineup. Share an interactive site map featuring stages, vendor locations, food stalls, restrooms, and entry points through a mobile-friendly attendee portal. Equip staff, volunteers, and crew members with personalized roles, task lists, and a run-of-show platform that allows each individual to access only their specific call times and responsibilities. Monitor vendor and sponsor locations, performer information, and artist biographies alongside ticketing details. Manage entry with QR code check-in that remains functional even in areas with no cellular service, and facilitate on-site sales with an integrated point of sale system. The pricing structure is straightforward: a flat rate of $0.85 CAD for general admission or $4.99 CAD for the complete festival pass, with no ongoing subscription fees. Developed in Canada, Eventist is utilized by various events, including festivals, fairs, competitions, conferences, and studios.
Ticketing
Eventist is a ticketing software solution that operates on a straightforward flat fee structure for each ticket sold, eliminating the percentage-based commission model. This means that whether you are selling a ticket for $150 or $15, the fee remains consistent. General admission tickets start at just $0.85 CAD each, with no recurring monthly charges or initial setup costs. Event organizers can link their own Stripe or Square accounts, allowing ticket sales revenue to go directly to them instead of being held until after the event concludes. The platform facilitates the sale of various ticket types, including general admission, VIP, and reserved seating, all of which can be managed through an interactive seating chart. Additional options such as day and weekend passes, camping and parking add-ons, early bird pricing tiers, coupon codes, promoter tracking links, and payment plans with deposits or installments are also available. Attendees can easily make purchases through a mobile-friendly interface that supports eight different languages. On the day of the event, staff can quickly scan QR codes with any mobile device, even without internet access, and a built-in point of sale system allows for walk-up and cash sales. Real-time dashboards provide insights into sales, ticket scans, and available inventory. Organizers retain full ownership of their attendee data and have the flexibility to export it whenever needed.
