    Simple. Streamlined. Looks great!

    Summary: It's easy. We are so busy that we don't have time to spend learning, troubleshooting, fixing. They make it easy, which allows us to spend time on running our business.

    Positive: Love the ease of use and the ability to embed the product into our site. The Team is always available and goes above & beyond to make sure we are set up and ready to go!

    Negative: There is really nothing to complain about. The only issue that we ran into early on was phone orders. However, that's been solved.

    The Ticketing Solution I Never Knew I Needed

    Summary: PurplePass was there for us when our previous ticketing company tripled it's pricing during COVID, leaving us high and dry. Gabe from PurplePass help us create our account, taught me how to create events for both live-stream AND in-person performances and will be helping us set up a new ticketing system once we are back to full-time, in-person performances. PurplePass really came through for us and continue to do so every day.

    Positive: Ease of use - the PurplePass system is easy to use and can allow you to do just about anything you require for your performances.
    Accessibility to the PurplePass support staff - Our PurplePass representative, Gabe, has been there for us ANYTIME we have questions, concerns or need any type of support. He's answered questions at night and on the weekends, something I was NEVER able to get with our previous ticketing company.
    Adaptability for either Live Streaming or in-person performances - during 2020 the will we/won't we aspect of performances was constant and PurplePass was there for us the entire time we were attempting to plan our season.

    Negative: I've not encountered any cons in the last 1-2 years of using the system.
