Positive: Tons of functionality and customization options. Really well designed API's that enable for some powerful integration possibilities. Overall a really well thought out ticketing product that is straightforward but gives event hosts as much flexibility as they need.

Summary: I can't put into words how helpful the Ticketsauce team has been from day 1 of working with them. I am so infatuated with the data reporting that I find myself constantly refreshing the admin page. Ticketsauce is extremely user-friendly... you won't regret working with them!
Positive: User-friendly for customers, extensive data reporting (including tracking links!), customer support is unmatched, sending complimentary tickets as well as checking in attendees is a breeze... the list goes on!
Negative: Can't think of a single thing. Spotify integration would be nice, but I know it's in the works ;-)

Summary: Love the platform. But more importantly they listen to their users and make meaningful changes to the tool for the better. They provide top notch customer support and act like a real partner in all of our events.
Positive: Love the customization abilities and multiple options of selling tickets whether it is a one time event or reoccurring, general seating or select seating, large or small intimate venue. TicketSauce does not disappoint. The customer service is a 10 out of 10. It does not matter how good a system if you cannot reach support when you need it.
Negative: The interface can take time to learn but the support is great at walking you through steps. Would love to breakdown dashboards on reoccurring events to be date specific.

Summary: We have shopped around over the years for various ticketing options but always seem to return to TS. The backend of their platform is highly versatile and makes our systems run smoothly from the time our clients purchase tickets to the time they arrive on site. Very happy with this platform and will continue working with them in the future!
Positive: Incredibly professional team that we have been working with for a number of years and our go-to for all of our ticketing needs! We appreciate their commitment to their clients and next-level communication with us during our events. We attribute a lot of our success to a highly functional ticketing platform, and TS provides that.
Negative: Not much to complain about as they always seem to be one step ahead of the competition! Keep it up!

Summary: The technology and team behind TicketSauce you just can't find anywhere else. I consider them a part of my team. It's a great platform!
Positive: My experience has been great with Ticketsauce overall. I can easily sell tickets and manage my events and clients. Anytime I need help with anything, they respond quickly. Also, they genuinely listen to their clients and make regular, helpful updates.
Negative: Sometimes you have to dig to find a specific feature you are looking for. Fortunately, support has always been there to guide me through.

Summary: I plan on staying with Ticketsauce as long as they're around. I trust them to move with the times, but also keep it simple. Great technology and the support is like family.
Positive: First off the customer service. They are friendly, quick and thorough. As a client, they have allowed me freedom to keep our customers happy on a per show basis, have not left me stuck, which in turn has me looking nowhere else for service. My fav ticket company in all my years.
Negative: I do not have any. I suppose if I had to pick one, since this has to be 50 words lol, i wish we could back out hard copy tickets from the gross until they sell. But hardly a reason to complain when everything else is perfect.

Summary: We started using TicketSauce when we reopened post-COVID lockdown and I have been more than impressed with them. Not only are they quick to resolve any questions I have, but they have listened to my suggestions and have made multiple changes to their program since we started. We are not their largest client, but they make you feel like you are their most-important one. It means something to me when I know I'm being heard.
Positive: Customer service is what blows me away about this company. I've been the ticket director for 9 years at the largest nightclub in Seattle and I have used numerous ticketing platforms over the years and none of the rest match TicketSauce.
The check-in app is very user friendly, and fast. We have almost doubled the amount of people we can check in per hour with this system.
The back-end system is also very user friendly and customizable to your needs.
Ticket fees are very comparable -- if not better -- than other systems I have used.Negative: The cons are not worth mentioning because they have fixed everything I have asked, or they have helped with find adequate workarounds.

Negative: Some of the templates are limited in what we need as a company. However, without paying a billion dollars to have a programmer creates something... ticket sauce gives you a great options to sell your brand and ticketing.

Summary: I was a customer before the NIGHOUT, Ticketsauce merger. These 2 companies have GREAT features to offer from both, so I know the longer they are together the better it will get. Bryan Brand has been extremely patient & helpful to me from the beginning.
Positive: Registering for activities is an awesome feature that the majority of ticket software do not offer. Check-in/check-out has been a great option to have at our event. The staff I have worked with have been very attentive and helpful.
Negative: Some of the backend is a bit confusing and not 100% user-friendly. The backend also takes awhile to load. Scanning equipment provided for events isn't the greatest. App has kinks it needs to work out.
