    Summary: In our Corporate sector, there are more than 10 people who are using EventBrite to schedule activities and events for all our employees and for our clients, however, there are more employees of our company that are using EventBrite, the Sales sector is the one that most He uses it to be able to carry out sales seminars and to be able to program the number of participants that there will be. The general experience that we have had throughout our company is completely favorable, we have no complaints with the general operation of EventBrite, we are happy with the results and even consider that this software has exceeded all our expectations and has become our main mechanism to organize everything type of events.

    Positive: In our company it is completely normal that we hold events from time to time, we usually hold events on a weekly basis, but with some preparations that we have been having in recent weeks, we have changed the modality to monthly events. EventBrite has played a very important role for us, it has been a very functional software for event management, participant control, host control, schedule control on dates for each event. There are several things that have caught my attention positively during my experience with EventBrite, these were:

    1. EventBrite allows sharing the schedule through any App. The EventBrite calendar can be shared from any direct messaging App or from any email, this is very useful since we can share our schedule with any of our employees who do not belong to our system from EventBrite and cannot see it directly. I love this system of sharing event schedules and dates.

    2. All Events can be modified in date and time very easily thanks to the "drag and drop" system. With this system, we can drag an event to another date on the calendar, and we can also move it from time to time with just one click. There is no need to make manual changes to the date settings for each event, all of that has been made easy thanks to that excellent drag and drop system.

    3. All event participants will be notified days before the event starts, plus there are also automatically scheduled notifications when the event is just a few minutes away. These notifications are of great benefit to us, it helps to keep participants alert that they must attend a scheduled event, we have noticed that the participation of the events has increased considerably.

    4. The list of registered contacts in EventBrite can be used for several events, there is no need to register new participants when scheduling events, just use the list of added contacts and you can immediately add them to the event schedule.

    5. All events can be planned from the mobile phone. The EventBrite App is perfectly developed and helps events to be planned with an experience similar to the desktop version. The App has all the necessary functions to schedule events, it has a reminder system, it works in list mode and calendar mode to have a broad view of scheduled events.

    Negative: I have really had no problems using EventBrite long term. It is very necessary that simply some system to pay in a different way, since there are some users or clients who need to obtain a ticket and who for some reason do not have access to a debit card. It would also be quite beneficial for this platform to accept some cryptocurrency as a payment method, this would greatly help users or customers to have an easy time buying a ticket.

    2.- The free version within this platform is not as complete as it seems, I have used this free version for approximately two weeks to test each of the functions that the platform offered me, however, the free version has left a lot to be desired , since it does not have access to the vast majority of functions, in addition, it has many limits when it comes to creating a large number of events, it also has limits when it comes to inserting many participants within an event.
