The platform is built for venues that receive requests through email, forms, marketplaces, social channels, and messaging apps and need a better way to organize them. Joinways extracts important event information automatically, including contact details, company name, dates, hours, guest count, event type, budget, deadlines, catering needs, AV requirements, access details, and other constraints. Once the inquiry is structured, the system helps prepare quotes using the venue’s templates, prices, and terms. Teams can review, adjust, send, track, and sign quotes online while follow-ups and reminders keep opportunities from going cold. The visual planning tools show venue availability, confirmed bookings, options, and scheduling conflicts in a clear calendar view. Joinways also prepares function sheets, tracks activity, centralizes client and company records, and gives managers reporting visibility across the event pipeline. It works alongside existing systems such as Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Teams, WhatsApp, Slack, Stripe, SignatureAPI, and PMS tools rather than replacing the full stack.
