VenueStack Description

VenueStack is venue management software for nightclubs, lounges, beach clubs, festivals and ticketed event venues. It combines ticket sales, table reservations with deposits, and multi-entry passes with the tools staff use on the night: a door scanner for phones and iPads that keeps working offline, a shared door counter, and a live floor map for seating, moving and completing reservations.

Guests buy from the venue's branded booking page or website widgets and pay through the venue's own Stripe account by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, then keep their tickets, bookings and passes in a passwordless customer account or in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

Owners and managers get a customer list with tags, email campaigns, guest chat with an optional AI concierge, Pulse alerts for anything that needs attention during service, role-based staff permissions, and reports on sales, tickets, tables, passes and door counts. Support is provided through a help center, guided in-app walkthroughs, email and in-app chat. VenueStack is offered as one plan with every feature and a 14-day free trial.
