Description
Forget about cumbersome spreadsheets, complicated applications, or handwritten notes. Acutario is a cloud-based solution designed to oversee holidays, absences, and sick leaves efficiently. With the ability to filter by date and/or team, you can quickly assess your team's availability. You can dynamically assign users within your organization to various groups and teams. Each user can have distinct configurations for holidays and annual leave days tailored to their needs. Absence requests require approval from team managers to ensure proper oversight. For companies utilizing Google Apps, seamless integration allows for the use of the same user accounts and calendars. Furthermore, our application supports the iCalendar standard (.ics, .ical), enabling users to subscribe to absence calendars through any compatible calendar service or app. When a user submits an absence request, the relevant days are automatically highlighted on the calendar, and notifications are sent to their managers. With the timeline feature, managers can efficiently determine whether a user’s time off can be accommodated. All parties involved receive notifications, and the approved time off is clearly indicated on the organization's calendar. This streamlined process enhances communication and organization within your team.
